I work for Under Armour these shoes are the next level of performance...stop in and try them...btw...come in Heroes and get 40% off (20% at the outlets) ...first responders, teachers, law enforcement, veterans, active military, fire, emts, nurses...we support and appreciate you
Hey suggestion Doc! Since you seem to be improving as an athlete (like the jump height test) maybe you should have a control shoe and compare the difference? Love to know what you think!
Yeah tbh the shuttle test and jump test are kinda bullshit (no offense). We have different performance on a day to day basis and recording only one test with a pair of shoes is not scientifc at all. I really enjoy the info on what's inside with the heel to toe drop, the cushoning setup but the tests need to stop.
My favorite shoes I’ve bought in years. Never been a big UA buyer, and preferred adidas boost, Nike zoom invincible zoom 2 and new balance (my favorite). But, these slipspeed are my go to shoes. Easy comfortable and convenient. Buying more.
These are brilliant! I have been looking for the ultimate all-purpose travel shoe for years. I may have just found it! Thank you Zach! Did you find these to run true to size?
Super cool shoe, it's not something I'm looking to buy myself but think for a lot of other people who are looking for a gym shoe that can perform a lot of different roles it's a rad idea, I'd love to see more tennis shoes with the boa system like this and not the style con way, just thinks it's plainer and has more mass appeal
looks like a scam account doesn't sound like you Zach but is using your profile photo with a different handle. I've reported it but might be something to keep an eye on
Nike some time ago came out with a similar recovery shoe, except it's had no laces, I used to wear them to the gym and back home all the time. Took a lot of the pressure off my feet from basketball. I would be curious to how these perform, because they are multiuse. The Nike ones I never really worked out in them though, they were discontinued for some reason, but they were a good shoe.
I’m a year out from tearing my Achilles. I’m a former basketball player and focused on lifting, running and some agility work. Thoughts on this sneaker for that?
These are perfect for me, i was looking for some “crocs” that are a bit more comfortable and more rigid, I wear my crocs everyday had them for 3 years and they’re now showing their last signs of wear 😢
was about to buy these but after wtching your video they look sloppy on the feet, like you are wearing your bigbrother shoes......UA has really been going down hill in the last few years. I wear a 15 and what fits me in 15 in one UA style does not fit in another.....also their tall gear should not be labled as TALL. A 34" inseam in not tall. Tall starts at 36" and up! Time that they get rid of the Euro/Hair Bun ewearing designers!
As a former pro basketball player and now a cyclist for the past 9 years. I 've always been surprised why no basketball or training shoes never incorporated the boa system.
@@FootDoctorZach WOW, nice ride. I live in Marin California with beautiful rides. I like the shoe, but they should make a version with a regular heel cup.
well i agree it is a versatile shoe but if you wear it for months (idk If I'm too lazy to clean it up) the breathability is the only thing you gonna worried abt
Hey Zach I was watching many youtube channels about shoes and must say I'm glad I stumbled upon your channel Now I find other channels that have like milion subs amateur compared to you. Keep doing what you do you re one of the best on youtube, hope you reach mil next year, stay true :)
Hi Doc! Can you review or have a list of best everyday work shoes like the Nike ZoomX Invincible Run Flyknit 2 and Asics Novablast 2 and other shoes under this category?
Hi, Zach. I found that such as Danilo Shapovalov and Marin Cilic wore tennis shoes much over length comparing to their feet on court. Would you make comments or a video on this?
Kinda interesting to know how this would handle a sport like basketball since this doesn’t have a heel counter. Might be a sleeper option or an ankle killer
Me and my girlfriend really like your channel... She wanted to know...if you might do a list of the best shoes for jobs where you stand for most of the day .... She's a nurse..
Hey Doc. I’ve been wearing barefoot shoes for almost two years. I have grown accustomed to zero drop, no arch support, and a wide toe box. Any chance these would be even close to working for me. I love my vivobarefoot shoes, but would like something with a touch of cushion for around the house or possibly on the court.
Question Dr. Zach if im a size 9 on basketball shoes, what would be my size on running shoes because im trying to figure it out for awhile now it would really help for your answer
Depends on your foot shape and which running shoe - there’s worlds of difference between most of them- this should help: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sqn8k3tVl6c.html
Great video Dr. Zack, I'm coming off a 5th metatarsal fracture . I'm having problems finding shoes that work well. Not running yet still in PT. Think these are woth it? Also any basketball shoe recommendations, I have gt jumps? Thank you keep up the great work!
These would be fine for 3 days of Disneyland walking right? I Just got my pair and want to make them the travel shoes but some days will be 20-30K steps
The only thing that I don't like about the curry shoes now is that using foam as the sole causes a crazy amount of squeak when walking on tile or wood flooring. I can't wear them for anything but basketball because of the squeak with every step.
That’s ironic you say that as I’ve had pairs that squeak and now the curry 10’s and these are silent - check my 10 video I show the sound of them it’s crazy- wonder what’s going on with the tooling
hey zach do you think its possible to wear an ankle brace with the zion 2s with the achilles pads and the tight ankle fit i wouldn’t imagine you could but i was wondering if you can or maybe even something like the adidas speed wraps
Great video! I have to use custom insoles due to ankle issues. Do you think that this shoe is a good option for me? Some shoes have so thin factory insole that the shoe is too uncomfortable for me. I have returned a lot of shoes... Thanks!
