The church is in the heart of those who follow Christ not in a church building, if you have a building you have a light and gas bill which may lead to a conflict of interest.

Some ppl will argue that His name is this and His name is that. Yah, Yahweh, The Most High. Then the names for Jesus. Jehovah, Emmanuel, Elohim, El Shaddai,. Some ppl say you shouldn’t put the “o” in God’s name bc they didn’t have vowels and in the original Hebrew language. It was YHWH. The name was said to be too holy to utter. Now they do spell it with the vowels to get Yahweh. I’m just so tired of the argument about His name. God has many different names. As long as we know that we are talking about the one true God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, then that should be good enough. Of course out of respect, reverence, and to honor God, I am always sure to capitalize it.

I remember a mentor saying on many occasions that the danger in using worldly means to "bridge the gap" to bring unsaved people into the church is that a bridge is a two-way street and though it can be used to bring the lost into the church it can also lead people out of the church.

The "church " fell into the "don't judge " movement. I would here pastors say " God don't need fruit inspectors" "fake it until you make it". Made a good point towards the end that I was going to state after I watched the video. The people who instantly went to “walking it out” or “swag surfing” when the pastor said so or as soon as they heard the music (inside the church) showed where they truly are in Christ.

I’ve been to his church- 1st and last. That church was full of chaos. There were same-sex people throughout every leadership position. Mr. Murphy indicated that he “needed a joint.”

I thank God that i grew up in holiness. It was not perfect but some of my greatest memories are tarrying on the alter and just straight up church. The rules and regulations of holiness, some i take and some i leave. I know they meant well. I come from no pants and no makeup (they still wore it but hey). My pastor from my childhood wouldn't marry you if you were divorced, u sat in the back if you were pregnant and unmarried. And im only 44. But thank God for that kind of teaching. It may be strict and i dont adhere to some of it today but im glad to have known the last of an era.
I grew up in a Holiness church and still in the faith. I thank God for true holiness and living a life consecrated to the Lord. 🙏🏽🙏🏽 I see this and it saddens me. But, the word speaks of this. We must continue to pray for others, that they align themselves with the Word of God.

I was born into reading the bible, grew up in church through my Christian parents. TD Jakes & others are being exposed today. I left a church because of foolishness. Many black children are acting out today because of ungodly parents and church people!At senior age now I stay home and read my Bible. This commentary is eye opening. I really enjoy his gospel music. He preached at our church a few years ago. I'm appalled at his message deliverence. It's sickening that William Murphy is this way. No wonder why Pastor never invited him back😂😂😂😂
I have been preaching the gospel for 28 years. All I can say is wow SMH people want to be famous in this world that she’ll have a heaven here on earth. But there’s a place that’s called the sea of fire and brimstone .

Another thing was , it’s was New Years Eve, from a worldly pastor he knew his audience wanted to “turn up” so to speak, that’s would explain the nightclub aura going on. This my 1st time hearing about this dude, he is an expert in soothsaying, because my old worldly self probably would have agreed if i didn’t know the Truth 💯.
This is so sad to see what today's churches are like nowadays. No reverence or respect for the Lord. People like going to churches like this because they believe they can be worldly and do church. Not so and people need to know the truth. Holiness and Righteousness are what God wants us to be. We can't be like the world and serve God too. It looks like they always do this in his services. God, Please continue to expose these leaders who aren't doing you correctly and put in people who are going to truly live for you.
I'm glad you have the energy for this Corey. It's true I have seen a lot of crazy things but nothing like what your showing us. I have been a weekend drummer for many years and I know show business when I see it. It seems like a party and show business and that's why people go there. I think people are clubbing or having fun there. Dancing and singing and getting a lot of stage show biz presents too. I was not hired to call a club a church at all. I was hired to play pop songs for people to dance to and socialize with. So they came to do that and did. Some people are plumbers and I was a part-time drummer. I got paid for it and paid bills with the pay. The rest of the time I was an upholsterer. Got paid for that and paid the bills with the money. I didn't make tents like Paul, but I would have if I could have paid the bills with it.

It saddens me that this church appears like the world. It’s very hard to see the atmosphere of worship, holiness and reverence. I feel many churches are moving towards ‘performance’ and ‘entertainment’ in efforts to reach people, but this is a slippery slope, one which significantly contributes to compromise and not upholding the principles and standards God expects and deserves. Scary to see, but evident of scriptural prophecy and last day events. Prayer needed for us all… those who are leading people astray, and those unaware!
