The previous design is a pressfit, but after watching many video of Jeff doing crazy drop and the video of Jeff breaking the GT in day one we have decided to do another tooling, now that the motor plug is redesigned to have double layers of waterproof rings and a safety locking pin.
As the production approaches the final stage, lots of little things needs to be taken care of, basically we need to design the machine that makes the machine, designed lots of work holdings for battery pack assembly and last few days have been sleepless setting up assembly SOP and training schedule for the employees, I thought sleeping in the factory was just marketing stunt for elon musk, till I had to crush in the sofa in the factory last night.😅
