Mahal for your videos. Nice to see a local boy eat Michelin star restaurants in Basque and Madrid. I also enjoy you local videos on Gau Gee and Manapua

In the Basque Country, if you want a small glass of beer, you should order a "Zurito". A "Caña" is usually a large glass, with more than doble amount of beer than a zurito.

Ahh, so that's why I was getting full-sized glasses when I was ordering a Caña.

@@steveandyoung Try to order it like this the next time you come... As a beer-drinking Basque, I can tell you that no one can stand a txikiteo morning or a pintxopote afternoon drinking caña after caña bar after bar. Clarification: "Txiketeo" = Term that refers to the custom (more deeply rooted among the oldest in the place) of wandering from bar to bar with friends having something in each place. The term comes from "Txikito", a small glass of wine that some people usually ask for in each place. Many times you don't even drink that wine or maybe you just take a sip because, as you know, people go to bars here not to get drunk but to socialize. "Pinchopote" = Once a week (usually on Thursdays, although it depends on the place) in which the bars of a neighborhood or town offer a free pintxo for each drink. They are not very sophisticated pintxos but at least they are organized so that they are different in each place. Obviously that evening the bars fill up, especially with young people, who practically end up having dinner for free.

Young often picks the music for the tracks, and she tends to like this kind of music. Steve occasionally will give her music to use, and he tends to like more traditional Spanish music.
