Noooo!!!!🥺😢😖😭😭😭😭 I’m sorry to hear that this happened! I’m not sure why it’s doing that. I’d try calling Fire Lite/Honeywell, just to see if they may know what’s wrong. Questions: 1. Does the panel power on with just batteries connected? 2. Are you going to get a new panel entirely, or just a replacement board? Good luck!!!😉👍
Your voice is a lot deeper than it was when you first got the MS4! BTW it’s the notifier SFP-2404 I believe it may be SPF, actually I’m pretty sure it is SPF (I have one)
Question: my building has the same panel and I’m the one that maintains the building. Today it just decided to beep due to low battery 🔋 can’t really call the tech cuz it’s late (mission) and I’ve already acknowledged by pressing the button. but still beeps. Should I disconnect battery? Or do it from the breaker . As in shut the whole thing down?
Shutting off breaker and pulling batteries would work i’d check with fire department and asked them if that’s OK you just don’t want to become liable if for some reason if there is a fire and there’s no fire alarm system
I know what’s the problem for the MS4, The transformer could be the problem, if a wire cuts off, it would be 10V or something. This same happened to my MS4 before I gave it away to a fire alarm enthusiast member. Well he says that it works fine.
This is a BIG RIP. Im sure you can get a new MS-4 or Other Fire-Lite panel for 200 - 800$ from what I know Oh wait nvm your going to get a replacement board.
L-Series Fire&Saftey I won’t be using it for the system because I would have to make a lot of changes but I might put up mini system with it at some point
