Not enough wonen lift erights at my gym , too busy foing hours and hours pf moderate cardio and burning calories but not toning up and building strength..

Very interesting ive been fascinated with this topic for decades always been healthy and active but never top level but as i get older i find im out performing people younger than me but then again they can go longer ? But i swim regulary and have practised various martial arts and recently started beginer ballroom and latin dance clases and enjoying it all i was going to get a rescue dog but im too busy maybe when im a bit older Great talk cheers from Scotland
