Wow this makes the most sense of all the instructions I have seen. All the same points made by all but these seem the most realistic and achievable for people like me who are so stiff!!! Insightful! I wanted to know how long should I follow it to achieve it successfully? I am not much flexible right now. I get a rounded back while trying to touch my toes and while doing downward dog pose.
You have to repattern and train your body to do so! 🤗 try bending your knees more and take your hands to a bench (or your couch - aka elevate your hands)
