I have seen my grandparents used to use thick grain bag on the floor and sprinkle water on it time to time. Specially in the first room of the house. Used to feel nice and cool.

I want to add that always buy Inverter AC rather than conventional ACs because Inverter AC runs on a set temperature which provides more comfort ,so I always set my inverter AC at 25 which is a sweet spot for me. In night I always set temperature at 25 degrees and 6-7 hours of sleep mode , then AC automatically goes to lowest fan speed and reduces noise and increases temprature by 1 degree every 2 hrs .This leads to power saving and comfort The problem with conventional ACs are that whatever temperature you set it doesn't cool exactly to that temperature , so if I set 25 degree than it would can go below 25 and make room very chilly . On the other hand these ACs shut down compressor when they achieve desired temperature ,so ACs will wait till temperature to rise and them restart compressor . This leads room to be hot and uncomfortable. So for power saving and comfort go for Inverter always

1) you have have protein bars, or milk, or protein shake if you have cravings midnight, or any other whole food that you like. Timing never matters you can have them any point of the day. 2) just wash them, you can use fancy equipments, or other advertised branded fruit and veggie wash chemicals, but washing properly in water should do the job.

The problem with ACs is that they cause net heat in the environment. They may cause some cooling in the room but will create way more heat outside the room...basic principle of thermodynamics....basically will create more heat in the environment... that's why we should restrict ourself from using ACs as much as possible

having regular non veg is not an issue, but the quality in india in most places may not be good most chicken is injected so u should search for good quality or limit the consumption

Intermittent fasting is not some magic, it just puts you in a deficit. Do whatever you feel is easier for you and stay in a caloric deficit. Do resistance training, cardio, and have patience it will take time.
