1lecher TRADE Lebron to a team he wants to be on and get back a super star and draft picks and next year we can pick up superstars that wouldn’t wanna play beside Lebron Grow this young team out trade Lonzo for an aggressive, good shooting, PG with Court vision and we ready to rock and roll for years without our best player past their Prime
@@Realg401 As if anyone wants Lonzo. Get this- De'angelo Russell is even better than him and no way the Nets would even pull this trigger, what makes you think anyone else would? Trade Lebron for 1 or 2 high calibre superstars/all stars and you're looking at a much better looking team overall.
SAS is fake news. He creates fake stories that can match his fake narratives. He is the only one talking about it, so it's probably fake. I only trust Woj.
there's a difference between demanding a trade and demanding to be traded to only one team which incidentally has the player with the same agent as you
It is always cringe when women pipe up when men are talking. Call me sexist if you want I'm just saying there's something inside of my DNA that really dislikes that and this woman does that quite often
NBA is against agents wanting to align players together or put them in bigger markets to maximize their brand and legacy? How about coaches and owners like Pop and Danny Ainge trying to prevent teams from trading with other teams (The Lakers). Isn't that worse and considered tampering? Not saying LeGM doesnt hurt teams but the owners and coaches are not innocent either.
LeBron has his own personal locker room, flys privately, and whenever he does talk to those young guys, it’s low-blow insults that point out something they are insecure about.
Danny Ainge: I might give Tatum in the off-season. Pelicans: You'll give me Tatum?!? Danny Ainge: You might get him, you might not. *July* Pelicans receive Jaylen Brown and some 2nd round picks.
Dubs, King 75 Then he gets all the credit and none for the all stars he wanted. Then his fans act like he was this savior for those teams when in fact he never took that SAME roster to the top and won with them.
Jacob Mendoza It’s also funny hearing LBJ fans this whole year, them dudes were calling Kuzma/Ingram LBJ’s Pippen, and they can make it work. Then later they call them trash and bums. Now they’re shitting on the Pelicans for not taking LA’s “talented” pieces.
He's not the fucking owner dumbass they have all the rights to want the championship ASAP while u have a legend on your roster so shut the fuck up fake ass NBA analysts everywhere LMAO
NBA teams are sick of the Lakers, trying to strong arm and bully other teams. Now LeBron thinks he can dictate and flex teams to trade a once in a generation player. Screw Rich Paul, who the f is he???
Big FAXX small market teams struggle to attract allstar players to there team so the only option is to build through the draft so imagine drafting a Great player to entice free agents to come team up only to have that player say I want to to go to bigger market like LA or NY
@@BigKorn319 You have to look at from the player point of view though. What if you're a basketball player, and you don't want to play there? You can never leave? What if your company sent you to a branch in Alaska, and after a while, you're like, I don't like this, and your employer says, this is not fair. We struggle to attract employees to work here, and now you say you want to leave?? They are right that it's not fair to them, but the reverse is not fair to you. And in this country, your choice is more important. That's not true in every country.
But word out was that Lebron make his team better so why not keep these young player and make them better. But I guess Lebron is all about himself and not team.
I mean the team was better when he was playing on it. But the chance to get AD goes beyond lebron having a dude in his prime after lebron would be nice
@Aaron9 MJ DID NOT make scottie better. Scottie would have been the same player or even better if he didn't play with MJ the shot jacker. Scottie made the bulls better cuz Jordan never won a series WITHOUT him bitch
Last year, Lebron "this team is top heavy" team pushes for the trade of Hood & Hill, Previous year "this team is top heavy" team forces Jazz to release Deron Williams, This year Lebron "get rid of everybody give me AD" Are we going to go through this every January/ February?
Justin Williams The media has been tampering too with by suggesting all of these players should or want to go to LA! They’ve been doing it all season up until now!
Like a Kardashian, the Lakers have been *blackballed* for years. The league is tired watching the Lakers steal stars from small markets and gloat about their success after.
BANAW 'Q bro you do realize he was playing with bums right? I’m surprised they even made it to the finals last year but it shows the greatest of bron and honestly he wouldn’t have got swept if JR wasn’t of the henny that series
Lebron scares the league that much huh? You have the Warriors running around with an All Star team but somehow Lebron + AD will be too much. Lmao... I also think they know Lakers can sign Kyrie in the offseason after they get AD and that team will definitely stomp the Warriors All Stars.
I guess the NBA is tired of helping LeBron. The NBA and the media have done everything to convert LeBron into the goat through all the shit they can imagine.
The same owner of the Saints owns the Pelicans and we all know what happened in the NFC Championship I know it was the Refs but this is a LA team and their is still bitterness...
The anti-Lakers sentiments began in 2008. Not in late-2011. Because it seems the Lakers were getting EVERY STAR and EVERY BAD CALL. That's not fair to other franchises trying hard to win ONE chip. Not 16. ONE!
The Lakers and LeBron deserves all this. They should be fined for tampering. They should be punished for colluding. This is karma, La La Land. It's not fair to watch you stack the deck every year!
@@tannercox4537 A YEAR & A HALF SO IT'S UP 2 THE TEAM IF THEY WANT TO TRADE HIM THEY OWN HIS RIGHTS SO THEY CAN WAIT IT OUT & LET HIM GO FREE OR TRADE HIM NOW BUT IT'S THE PELICANS CHOICE NO ONE ELSE'S
In general, I think it's good that players are trying to fight back for themselves to improve their situations. But, both AD and the Pelicans signed a contract. Both sides are obligated to abide by it. Obviously, each side is trying to use as much leverage as possible to affect how a trade might be had. But, so long as neither side breaks the contract, you can't accuse them of screwing the other over.
@@_morgoth_ there is one big issue with all star/superstar caliber Players teaming up.. Obviously there isn't talent to go around for the entire league.. Teams would have maybe 1-2 all stars or one superstar.. now " a select few teams have 3-5" and that puts the rest of the league down the drain.. others markets can't compete which makes it boring.. I mean look at the East it's Either Toronto ,Philadelphia, or Milwaukee winning it.. the West is either OKC, Houston or GSW winning it.. again not that other teams aren't attractive but players won't for example want to Chicago to play with Lavine with a fat content because they aren't winning any time soon.. But Philly or Milwaukee is stacked and players are willing to take the minimum deals now for a 1 year for a shot at winning now..
Don’t give me “they drafted their superstars” argument. The warriors main core won a cheap championship when Lebrons top TWO teammates went down. Immediately the year after the warriors won 73 games and damn lost to the same Lebron team HEALTHY (blown 3-1 lead) Then they got KD! Added two more ships. Now boogie??? But people continue to get on Lebrons case? Why?
They broke the rules, they deserve to be held accountable for that. Just like anyone that breaks the rules. It's not the first time they've tampered. Somehow they keep getting a pass on it though.
I don’t understand how AD is “forcing his way out” of NO. He’s under contract for a year and half. He’s never said he wouldn’t play out his existing contract with the pelicans. He just said he wouldn’t resign with them once it’s done. He’s given them the heads up so they can make a deal and get something in return. He’s given them a list of preferred teams so whomever gets him would have an understanding about whether it was a worthwhile rental. The language being used is lopsided.
The league doesn’t like when player empower themselves. It’s okay for the league to trade players without any notice. But when players strategize and control their destiny it’s a different story. The truth of the matter is, this was a very smart move from Rich Paul and AD (as well as Lebron). They probably been have planning this for two years. The Pelicans and League have to take the Loss.
Do these young kids know what being under contract means? Man up and honor the contract you signed, AD. Just because you don't feel like playing for New Orleans anymore, doesn't mean you're entitled to force your way out 18 months early. I would send him home for the rest of the year, and ship him off to a place he absolutely doesn't want to be in just to teach him a lesson in July. Then he can hook up with LeBron when he's about to turn 36 years old, and see where that gets him.
He has every right to request a trade. The pelicans do not own AD. The pelicans are one of the worst franchises in history, can't blame Davis for wanting out.
@@lavarbull9506 Do you know what being bound by contract means? It means that the Pelicans own his rights until his contract expires or they decide to trade him to another team, and IF they traded him, his new team would own his rights for the next 18 months. He is trying to force his way out of a contract with a team he is contractually OBLIGATED to until the end of the 2020 season. What AD wants is IRRELEVANT. The only thing that matters is the contract that he signed and is bound to until said contract expires. You should understand contract law and collective bargaining before you comment such nonsense.
Players have options WITHIN their contracts to request trades/ inform team prior to end of contract that they don't intend to resign. If AD broke some rule in his contract by requesting a trade, that would be a different issue but he didn't. Players have the option to request trades, restructure contracts at any time. That's why they have agents. I'm pretty sure there's no contract that a player would sign that would prohibit him from requesting trade/ forfeiting compensation due to injury, etc. You're crazy if you think owners and general managers have all of the power and leverage in any given contract, let alone one with a top 5 player in the league.
@@lavarbull9506 You're all over the place. This isn't about requesting a trade. It's about AD trying to FORCE his way out when he's under contract for 18 more months. Any player can ask to be traded, but it doesn't mean the team has to grant that wish to a player under contract. They can legally force him to stay up until the last second of his contract if they see fit. Some players (and teams) have option clauses in their contract where they can leave/terminate a contract early if the player or team wishes. AD does not have that in his contract. Lastly, AD's status as a top 5 player means NOTHING. He is under contract to the New Orleans Pelicans until the end of the 2020 season. Your complete lack of understanding of what a contract is doesn't change AD's contractual obligations one bit. Educate yourself.
@@S2pidMedia how is he trying to force his way out? He's missed the last 8-10 games due to a finger injury anyways. It's not like he's refusing to play?
Like Jalen Rose said earlier today, If Pelicans accept this trade: kuzma, Ball, Brandon and a few picks. The pelicans will basically be the lakers from the previous yrs. Pelicans already have Julius randle from the lakers.
If Anthony Davis was to leave the pelicans during free agency this topic would not be that big of a deal, due to him exercising his free agency rights. The problem here is that Anthony Davis signed a CONTRACT EXTENSION saying he would play in New Orleans until the end of the 2020 NBA season. Now when the going gets tough he decides he’s “unhappy” with the situation, so he demands a trade. Before he signed the Five-year extension, he should have asked himself, “is this a place I want to be for the next five years?”, if not he should have signed a two-year deal with the pelicans in order to see how things were going to work out. For a person to be under contract and then demand a trade and then you try to restrict WHERE you want to be traded is bad for the NBA. Small market teams like New Orleans only viable way to be competitive is to build through the draft, so losing a superstar like Anthony Davis is a huge blow to small market teams due to most free agents not seeing places such as an Indiana, a Milwaukee, or Charlotte as an ideal landing spot to play in. Imagine being an owner and then you present a person a contract saying you will pay him 127 MILLION dollars to play with your team for five years, and then he doesn’t hold up to the end of his deal and bitches out because things aren’t going the way he wanted it to go. All I’m saying is that the pelicans did not make him sign the contract and he should live up to the end of his deal and have the integrity to see things out.
But the NBA loves kd and Demarcus on Goldenstate, not to mention the nba didn't want Chris paul on the lakers with kobe , because the clippers were loosing money and there was a new franchise on the way , gtfoh
...is it me or did LEBRON single-handedly kill the fun of BASKETBALL with the shady business of trying to arrange a super team, what happen to just HOOPIN'💯
ReezyBeBreezy I watch the show. Are you able to make/type comments while watching on ESPN? You sound like you want to be smart, but not quite able to hit the mark. Good day.
If a Team wakes up feeling they want to trade a player they would & everyone should accept it. A player does the same requests a trade, everyone loses their minds...
Everyone out here complaining that the Lakers have been treated unfairly. People quick to forget that the only time a major American Sports referee has been indicted on fixing games was in favor of the Lakers
THE LEAGUE has ALWAYS and WILL ALWAYS be abput protecting the FANCHISE's assets and not the asset (player). Im glad AD has to stay put. Teams that get players NEED TO BE ABLE TO KEEP THEM . FUCK THE BIG MARKETS!!
The only reason I'm against it when players put together a super team is because they're deciding the future of the league. When teams do it they don't try to make one team the best in the league, they're all trying to make their team better. It's part of the competition. The front offices are competing just like the players are. When players do it there is no competition. It's them getting together and deciding "random team" is gonna be the best in the league. It actually takes the competition out of it.
Maybe just maybe... the Lakers young assets just aren’t good. I wouldn’t want to build a team around any of them. But more importantly Max needs to stop making the argument that players are forced into being with their first team for two contracts. After the fourth year they can just accept the qualifying offer. Make only 6 mill and then be a unrestricted free agent, and they can go anywhere and not take a hair cut unless they qualify for the Rose rule super max.
So are we just going to look over the fact that Max said Nino Brown for y'all don't know who that is look it up New Jack City top 10 best movie of all time
