7:49 Cid is functionally a shieldless Gladiator in combat (albeit one that wields a gunblade). He grew up in Garlemald, he likely has _some_ military training.

When I first saw it, I referred to Bahamut's attack in the ARR trailer as Firagagaga.

This was back in the days of Cleric stance, where you couldn't freely switch between healing and dps. Also, Ardbert didn't bother to repair his gear before the battle, since it broke after one hit.

I hoped I didn't have to be the person to bring this up. I was hoping someone else would beat me to it. Thats not Ardbert and co. That's derplander WoL that has always represented us as the player character. Ardbert is our reflection from The First. Just like Renda-Rae, Nyelbert, Lamitt, etc, are all reflections of those other characters in this trailer. We're seeing the Source versions of these characters here specifically. Just like its not Ardbert we see become a dragoon later in the HW trailer. That's us.

Lamitt was a mentor and we all know mentors aren't required to know what their supposed to be doing
