This is like what happened with my mediator stock. (The blaster that came with it) the first one shot like 30 FPS which I terrible, so I returned it and got a new one. Well, that one had the same performance problem. So, I opened it up and figured out that the seal was bad. So, a little bit of dental floss and lube later, I had a working blaster again.
Well yeah, a performance issue can always be fixed, but when it’s random physical problems that can’t be traced back to anything, there’s no repair for that
I’m in two minds about the Flipfury; my one is a second hand original release which works superbly well. My friends one was a later release second hand one which was SO unreliable that I cannibalized it for parts. Anyway, based off my one; yeah it’s one of my largest in footprint, bulkiest & slightly hefty Nerf revolvers but I still love it. 12 rounds of single/slam fire action with a cool aesthetic & fun gimmick, I’d gladly run it as pseudo primary or slung secondary. Get reloading the lower drum whilst aiming and firing with the upper turret can make the Flipfury that much more deadly when scavenging. No doubt an awesome Zombie Strike dual chamber revolver that was executed much better then than it is now. But I’d gladly rank mine A-tier 👍
My strongarm and flipfury frequently don't fire and sometimes the bullet gets stuck and I can't fire any more until I fix it, it's annoying and happens at least once per cylinder
I did try that, but it seemed like these things had lost the will to exist lmao I didn’t wanna mod it cuz that would render the review useless, so I just sent them back and have been hoping to find one at a thrift store since
I got mine in 2014 for Christmas. It was my first ever nerf blaster and after a few months I noticed that the flipping was super unreliable. I've been trying to fix it but it hasn't been working because of a part in it slipping early causing it to lock up. I don't know how to fix it other than adding a bit of length.
