never had a spa day but someone that has been abit of a tense and grumpy individual my whole life, the ine time i got a real massage turned me from a tired grump in a factory to someone way too relaxed.... for 30 minutes.

The spa treatment not only relaxed his muscles, which were tense with the life long experience of physical abuse both by his care giver and the unrelenting training he underwent to please belos, but it also provided positive physical contact he never got as he was growing up, though it is no replacement for a genuine hug.

I relate so much, I feel so refreshed and happy after taking a whole day or night to myself to shave my arms, legs, face etc. Properly clean my face, clean my hair with both shampoo and conditioner, brush my teeth and sit on my bed in just a towel for a few hours whilst watching RU-vid or Netflix I'm planning on doing that again a week before my birthday so that I feel my best for my birthday and my party the day after, it will be my 18th so it's gonna be a big deal for me I'd do it a night prior to my birthday but I need time to fix my sleep squedual after since I can only usually get peace at night in this house
