No, sorry. Normally enjoy your videos but I gave up on this after a few minutes - camera work far too distracting and irritating. First you're looking at the camera (and me) - great, but then there's a jerky cut to another camera filming you looking at the first camera. Why? Fashionable but dreadful. Not for me.

Nothing at all wrong with this - but it's not for me, and for me, this isn't you. It's not why I watch your channel. If you are looking to diversify the content, I would much rather see videos of things like wheels going through the whole refurb process, your phantom mechanic working on the cars and Jimmy the paint guy preparing, painting and finishing bodywork. That would all be comfortably within the HPA 'ecosystem'. Hate that word these days.

£50k for a car is unaffordable for most. I also think that all that tech is great....until something goes wrong. Modern cars are too big and too complex and it is all very unnecessary.

6:20 That fingerprint sensor might sound really high tech and modern but cars have had them for years; my 2003 Audi A8 has a fingerprint sensor, and that car was made in November of 2002, over 21 years ago.

Most technology in cars have been around for decades. The only change is that it gets less bulky and is more elegant to use.

This is the first HPA video that I havent enjoyed sadly. Didnt like the format. Your videographer has jumped on the bandwagon of filming you looking into and talking to a different camera which I hate and has been done to death by loads of other channels. Also too much chopping of cameras which was distracting. It appeared very scripted and not authentic like your normal videos. Love the channel other than this video though 😊

I owned a Kia. Best paintwork of the cars I owned. The interior was very durable. It had it's issues, but the dealership fixed it with a smile every time.

@@eferrari Gasoline direct injection. It has been said that this system gives excessive carbon build up. However I drove 110.000 km without a problem. Then a friend of mine bought it, and drove it up to 250.000 km. Mitsubishi had a lot of problems with this engine design

Better car is a late (2012) low mileage Range Rover L322. For considerably less than half that £36k. And infinitely more class. What it boils down to is this: do you want to drive an iPhone or a legend?

I think the car, and all mummy focused SUVs are pug ugly and are a pain in the hole because most pricks can't park a normal sized saloon or hatch back or carparks are a joke now, but fair play for switching up the content and branching out, quality of production always getting better.

DSG gearbox.... would prefer an 8 speed regular auto. Guess time will tell, the well tested saying "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should." Well presented new car view, hopefully more to come as its good to keep up dated with where "the soon to be used car" market is heading.

These cars are getting far too big it's not safe. Edit: because some people below are idiots. Lorry and buses have special licenses to operate such a vehicle. If you hit me in a car that isn't on stilts your hitting my legs, this unnecessary car is hitting vital organs. What was wrong with hatchbacks and estates.

Slick presentation, sir. However, who is this thing aimed at? Anyone spending 50K plus - may struggle with it not being a German brand. Looks well suited for the US market. I doubt they'll shift many units here. Who knows, I may be proven wrong.

The side view reminds me of Jaguar F Pace. But looking at the rear view it looks a lot like Rolls Royce Cullinan. Good review👍.

Really good video Matt, only thing I’d be ‘worried’ about is that to keep getting invited to these things you’ll be pressured to ‘play nice’ with the car companies and can’t be honest. That seems to be the way with most car sites these days, too addicted to the Ad revenue and junkits!… but again, as a review video, pretty good!!

Bear in mind there are lots of people who spend 6 figures on range rovers which break down all the time…..I bought a Range Rover sport SVR in late 2022. It was a 2020 with only 30k miles and within a day of having it , a problem arose with the suspension….needless to say after 3 months of misery I took it back to the dealer and exchanged it for a Volvo XC90

I've long since rated Kia above Vauxhall, Citroen, and Peugeot; but nowadays, I think they're even a cut above Mercedes, Audi, and BMW. Certainly in the areas of mechanical robustness and electrical integrity. I regularly get driven in the previous generation Sorrento, and it's a lovely thing to travel in. Fit and finish is excellent. Easily on a par with European cars.

Just a highlight. Anyone buying an EV vehicle be aware. New software is being downoaded onto cars called GEO FENCING & GEO TIMING CAPABILITIES. WTF is that you ask ?? The manufacturers can now set range limits and time limits remotely. This would not be done without consent UNLESS reuired by LAW. Wakey, wakey people, this is all about control nothing to do with carbon emmisions....

Oxford city will love this. Another big SUV that will struggle to fit into a parking space. I say fk Oxford City Council……..all us SUV drivers should boycott Oxford and spend our money where it’s welcome. I wish they wouldn’t keep updating models, it’s not that long ago that the Kia sportage was updated.

I prefer the days when I could buy a new pre reg Hyundai Accent TDi for £6,000. Top Gear didn't like them but it was a great car and did everything I needed and was new, for £6k. In those days early 2000s Hyundai Kia were Asian inspired styling and well put together and somewhat of a bargain. Now they are still well put together with a lot more extras and with European styling but so much more expensive. Interestingly BMW have shifted away from European styling to Asian Styling and now BMW have odd looking cars. It is a nice car this Sorrento but expensive.

Have a look at the CNN article. Titled "Hyundai and KIA Thefts soar 1000% Since 2020" Hopefully you dont have those problems in the UK as we do in the USA. KIA makes some of the most beautifully designed models on the road.

New Škoda Kodiaq would be about similar price (just a bit more actually) with the same setup, and - at least in my opinion - better interior and engine. It can't compete with 7y warranty from Kia, though... Overall, nice car this is, would let my kids eat at the back no problems.

See what your doing here but is this your USP? Your doing CAR WOW but you must have been identified as someone who can influence. Less editing on your vids, they are noticeable and use more of your quips. Think Clarkson , tell the truth bad points good points
