tbf with Cody he seems to have greatly improved his mentality since he got a girlfriend. Also from what I can tell his girlfriend is very supportive of what he does. And I think whether or not the girlfriend debuff applies to someone has to do with how much winning means to them at the moment. For someone like Leo who has been the best player for so long, I can see it being very hard for him to maintain his motivation and drive to be the best when he's introducing more obligations into his life. On the otherhand with Spargo, he's still an up and coming player who has yet to be ranked #1, it's not that crazy of an assumption to think that he wants to win more than Leo in this current era.

@@adv78 To be fair Xenoblade 2 was the only game where it got kinda silly, 1 and 3 are fairly standard as far as JRPGs go.

@@ALloydRH fun fact: My mom loves watching me and my brother play the Xenoblade franchise since the Wii, but she doesn't speak English, so whenever I play, im always translating the game to her, phrase by phrase. It wasn't fun having to translate the Blushie Crushie cutscene to my mom, i for sure lost some years of my life in that day.... She still loved the game tho, and cried at the ending!

​@BasedMamaJames617 yeah, especially most of the problems he seems to have with the series is just the stuff that happens in the first half of Xenoblade 2

@@JDizzle_98 Seems to be everyone's problems. 2's good too from what I heard, the game's weirdness in the first half is first and could had definitely been left out, but it ain't the worst thing and its not all that bad. Heard no complaints about Xenoblade 1, and I'm finishing 3 and loving the game so far, I feel like out of all these he would like 3 the best.
