Siberian Anarchy: Silence from the outside world, only tight knit, lightly industrialized towns remain, they work to keep themselves alive and warm, they encounter wanderers from the Far East, and the far west, they speak of the nuclear wasteland beyond the safety of the cold, but they themselves never venture out, after all, they may as well be the last remaining vestige of organized society…
In theory most of Siberia would be left out of nuclear attacks, so probably despite the destruction of the Western and Eastern world by that, there would still be safe zones in the world.
@@Alfredo12 Soviets (especially bukharin in this universe) invested into siberian industry, siberia also has alot of natural ressources, they could survive for awhile, if they manage to organize. I imagine worker councils and that kind of stuff would run the place, since most of these people are workers themselves. Very fun to imagine how life could be.
@@camaradecarter It would be something more or less isolated, but for security reasons, since, there will not be much to see in European Russia (besides radiation and destroyed cities) and with going south, it can be more of the same, still it would be a safe way of life compared to other places
Thats so cool to think about, the little towns and villages far north in Yakutia and the far east are simply not insignificant of targets for nuclear weapons, as Himmler, the OFN and west Russia all wipe each other out all that is left of society is some tiny communities on the edge of the liveable world, everyone and everything else is dead. Humanity live on in a cold, damp, Stalinist built commie block.
@@randomyankee8923 Some of siberian cities can look polluted and unwelcoming. But you should look at one of them in winter, better before the New Year. May it not be Norilsk, or smh, but Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Kemerovo etc. deserve your attention.
In the German Anarchy, entire cities are rubble, the whole population is in poverty from years of Civil War, terrorised by the S.S. remnants and warlords, fearing atomic, chemical or biological terrorism. In the Siberian Anarchy, cities are isolated and left alone.
The song reminds me more of the fact that even with complete anarchy, people from Siberia do not lose heart even in the bitterest cold and work tirelessly, heating the furnaces with coal and in the evenings they return to the communal rooms to the family and spend the whole evening talking about today or trying to catch the frequency in the radio
When you unify Russia again as Zhdanov ,but no state from central Russia colonized the siberian anarchy or brought it under control, and now whole of Russia stands united, except this giant piece of land in the north of it. ever untameable, ever unconquerable. forever standing free from Lords and Masters, under the endless watch of the General Winter and love of Mother Anarchy.
Happened to me during a goring play through. After siberia was defeated I moved all the troops towards Europe, but the i saw that i was at war with the anarchy region , they had 2-3 divisions.
The composition is wonderful as always. But it is very strange to use the song "Moscow Evenings" as the theme of "Siberian Anarchy". It's like applying Quebec music to British Columbia, or, for example, Prussian marches to Bavaria.
@@ayden_george_official Looking past the name the music is beautiful. That doesn't mean it wouldn't have been nice if it was a serbian song. Well, maybe some next time. Until then, we'll listen to this.
@@ayden_george_official Yes, I understand what you mean: that the mood of the music suits this theme well. It's just that, as a Russian who knows the lyrics of the song, the words appear in my head by themselves "If you knew how dear to me Moscow Nights". What causes cognitive dissonance with the name)
Mama Anarchia loves her children. The calm of an isolated town in the far north, getting by on what they make and forage. All the horrors of TNO leaving them be. If such a place existed in TNO, it's the one place I'd happily live in.
The warmest days in Northeastern Siberia never go above freezing. The region isn't in anarchy because the people living there want or like it that way, it's in anarchy because civilization physically cannot exist there. There's a reason life in Siberia was specially reserved for criminals and traitors in Stalin's time.
@@JoetheDilo1917 It's Not That Bad, Civilization Could Exist Even In The Extreme Temperatures Of The Sahara So If We Just Flip The Temperature The Result Should Be The Same. And Tbh, It's Easier To Deal With Extreme Cold Than It Is To Deal With Extreme Heat + Siberia Has A Ton Of Natural Resources, So With The Right Tools, Life Isn't So Bad In The Frozen Desrt That Is Siberia
*Extract from a diary of an American fisherman, working in the North Pacific, Arctic Sea, and Bering Strait* "I was only 9 when I first saw the coast of Chukotka. My father commonly took me -- as his apprentice and heir for the business -- to the Far East of Russia, to the North Pacific, Bering, and Arctic coasts. While these towns were small -- Anadyr, Uelen, and Lavrentiya never had a population greater than 16,000 -- I could sense that the so-called 'Russian Spirit' was still in them. Vigorous, hard-working, strong-willed people, who beat back Mother Nature's endeavors to eradicate them from the Earth." "By the time the war began when I was 13, while the West of Russia and the populated areas of Siberia were being ravaged by either factions in the Soviet Government, the Finns, or the Germans, most of what my contemporaries labeled the 'Siberian Anarchy' was not really chaotic at all. It was quiet, not backwood. Fishing villages, lightly industrialized towns, and port cities, all working to sustain themselves in this ever-harder to survive Russia, now that the Soviet government was gone." "Even still, when I load up onto my fishing vessel as a 34 year-old man, I wonder -- 'What will be made of the people living in the 'Siberian Anarchy'? News as of late states that many a warlord are having lofty ambitions within the taigas and steppes of Russia -- to *reunify* the country under whatever regime. But to my knowledge, for this relatively underpopulated and (at least to them) useless land, it would be left out of the metaphorical Russian Unification Party." "I might not know what the end result is, but I find comfort in knowing that these people are okay." - Cliff Aderman, July 23rd, 1962.
The stuff that this fiction and creation of a timeline of the Germans winning resulted in so much more the hard working Siberians never gave up and even with diffent regimes placed on them they never fell I love the mod the concept and the story its so in-depth and caused such a good creation to be born and I love comments like these thanks for making me feel the music with this one

I was listening to this during a heavy thunderstorm and it felt like I was the son of a Russian government official (because i was laying in bed, a luxury) in an anarchist wasteland after a Russian collapse. Shit had me contemplating my existence.
I memorized the melody of this song when I was a kid (around 10 or 11 yrs old). It was a pre-programmed piece in the little toy violin my parents bought me. I completely forgot about it until I saw the exact same toy violin again TODAYYYY in the market.
Not even Goring's bombs are heard in the distance Everything here is already ruined. If only you knew how the Siberian Nights Are dear to me, If only you knew how the Moscow Nights Are dear to me.
Bro... Today in the Urals it is -32 degrees Celsius. The lights of a large Ural city shine even more pleasantly and atmosphericly on these frosty days when I listen to your remix “Подмосковные Вечера” The approaching New Year and the early darkness in our region during the day make these days even more enjoyable with your remixes. I don't know how you do it so well
I've always loved this kind of aesthetic, a snowy town made of big, blocky apartment blocks and with towering chimneys always pumping smog in the air while propaganda is on all the walls. If I could live there without the obvious health problems inhaling chimney smog would bring and the environment not collapsing in on itself, I would, without a doubt.
I live like this. Believe me. The most thrill when you go from home in the winter at night to school. All around the snow, the sky is black-violet-pink. The light of lanterns, the silence without cars and the light of windows, the cold and crackling of snow underfoot. There are no souls on the street.
This song makes me feel things that I can't explain, if alternate realities existed, in a universe where Germany won the second world war, I can only wonder how the people of that reality will be living, will they be okay?
@@wx84 It’s inside the Arctic circle, average temperature is -9 degrees Celsius, -27 in winter. I don’t live there but it doesn’t sound too good to me.
I think Moscow Nights fits Tomsk the best, as they were mostly educated individuals who fled over the Urals to avoid the germans. The tune is depressing but kind of pure, just like Tomsk.
if you could, please upload this to sound cloud as this is enchanting to listen bringing me from any mundane day to a land of ice and snow cozy high up in a commie block with a hot drink in an instant

Finally, I get to do one of these. TNO, or the new order, is a timeline where the Axis won ww2 in a crushing victory. France reduced to a puppet state with a military of no more than a few thousand men, a hellish prison state bent on nuclear destruction called Burgundy, a corporate playground in China, a puppet state in Britain, while the remains of peace and democracy slowly fade away. And even though the Germans wished to take out all of Russia, they only got to Moscow. Then, you have warlord states like Gorky, and Aryan Reyk/hyperborea, and Komi, and West Russian peoples republic, and of course the Siberian nations like Tomsk, and so many more. But in northern Siberian lies anarchy. In this world, anarchy is peace quite frankly, local governments maintain soft control, continuing production quotas and avoiding complete collapse, but other than that it’s just…calm. The lore is from a mod called The new order for the game Hearts of Iron 4. Have a nice day
The last remnant, stronghold even of the Soviet civilization. A shadow of the once mighty regime which stood tall over Eurasia…that is, until the German war machine ravaged, Balkanized it and occupied it. But Taboritsky changed this, he unified Russia, but at what cost? Was a second patriotic war worth the destruction of Russia? Was a nuclear holocaust worth the freedom of those who remain in Siberia? Many whisper, whisper within the old factories which are still puking black smoke from their chimneys, others whispered within the commie blocks has the snow coated them as obelisks in a sea of death, snow and despair… …it was worth it. For our families wouldn’t have survived the war. While the whispers of those East and west cannot disagree, for their voices were erased by the fire.
What is the name of the melody? The beginning sounds exactly like the signature tune of the radio station маяак but I've never heard the full song that it is apparently taken from.
Nice vid ! Just a question for I don’t know the working of thoses things, how do the discord server work ? Like I joined yesterday but can’t see most channel and can’t post anywhere. Thanks !
NEUTRAL ENDING After a month of bloody fighting, Ukrainian forces withdrew from Donbass to avoid encirclement. The war ended with a bitter peace treaty, forcing Ukraine to cede Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts, as well as the so called "land corridor" to Crimea. Much of the country is in ruins. Rebuilding will take years, although with a new Marshall plan granted by the West and multiple security treaties in place, Ukraine is looking into the future with a faint optimism, having successfully defended her independence. The perpetrators of war crimes in Bucha and Hostomel never faced trial. Russia remains isolated on the international scene. It's economy is back to 1995 levels. President Putin's approval ratings declined sharply. Russia continues it's demographic and economic downfall, and with the Chinese threat looming in the east, the future of the country is uncertain.
As is sad, unfortunately it can be the real outcome of all this shit happening today, really want to see good ending where is putin replaced with adequate president (wont mind for Navalniy)
[Worst ending] Ukraine engages in scorched earth, Russia nukes many key cities Putin suffers a massive stroke leaving Russia leaderless with no preparation. Russia breaks up into warlaord states and Ukraine is left scorched and irradiated and the now supreme leader Zelensky head of a nation as sparely populated as Mongolia
