Love your review style. You touched on things others don't. It's not about any 1 single spec angle, but how they all work together collectively. SC has been doing this bike for a while and the cohesion of the V3 geometry is the best it's ever been. Just got a HT purple S-kit. More reasonably priced. $4900. The purple paint is amazing. Almost a work of art. The paint job is only outdone by how well this bike rides. I heard it described as it performs great on everything But the "ests". Absolutely agree with this description. While it can certainly handle the "est" category of terrain, it's Not going to be the best on the Rocky-est terrain, Steep-est, Narrow-est, Smooth-est, etc. But if you you're regularly riding terrain that's Not an "est" the HT crushes it and is the Best-est.😂 It's as close to a 1 quiver bike as there is in the market right now. If you want to ride the "est's" regularly get something more suited for that terrain. This bike is a Jack of all Trades, Master of Fun!

My question is how to they cut the frame out and it’s still strong for example take a metal straw and try to bend it and then drill out a whole and do the same. ??

It's a complex carbon lay-up using both low-tensile (flexy) and high-tensile (stiff) carbon to ensure frame stiffness even with the chunk out of the downtube. Where it is on the frame also does not take much stress, allowing them to remove the carbon without a performance drop.

Hi thanks for the review ! Quick question, why putting that much spacers underneath the stem ? With already a big jump in headtube lenght that must feel very high bar no ? Thanks !

Hey Isaac here! Normally yes, but I found the extra height reduced numbness in my palms after rougher sections and trail chatter, so I kept it high.

Does increasing the front fork to 160 makes it decents as good as a bronson mx?

We have not had the chance to try it, but probably not. Part of the reason why the Bronson descended so well was the mullet setup, so the 29" Hightower would probably still not be quite as capable as the Bronson.
