The parts are really great quality, they have done a fantastic job with them, the roof rack does complete it, really gives it a character. I’m glad you like it 👍

Yeah I remember the cyclist that criticised my spray technique also 😂 it would be a good crawler, but Lunchboxes don’t seem to like oddly shape obstacles so it’s mainly ramming speed 😆😂👍

I do think it suits this colour really well, and it’s been quite hard wearing. I was going to change it again but I think I’ll leave it for another year 👍

Yes it is an annual event the Lunchbox overhaul. I doubt it’s possible to add further upgrades. Nothing better than some Cooking Sherry 😂👍

It does set it off I have to say. I’m a complete convert to panel liner, I’ve bought every colour 😆😂👍

I do hope the roof rack will protect the edges. Time will tell 😂👍

Hello. The best advise is gpm parts. They usually carry a good stock, but sometimes you have to keep your options open for colour choice. Let me know if you need any help at all and I will do what I can to help 👍

It does anchor it down more, the issue I’m now having is even though I made it as light as possible the roof rack has impacted the centre of gravity. Further testing is needed. Hope they work out for you, they are really great quality 👍

@@RCsoandso Yea, I've found the same with the speed tuned motor, even the slightest turn at high speed will flip the truck due to the high centre of gravity. My suspension blocks also don't help as they offer less movement of the gearbox; great for speed, not great for turning. I think I've basically turned it into a tall yellow TVR.....

You never know! Damn, paint did not arrive in the post today and since I'm a restless person I cancelled the order and went by bus and train to a nearby town and bought it in store! Also picked up a can of clear coat TS-13 to finish with. @@RCsoandso

The servo seems to be as good as before, maybe better, I think the only thing left would be the aluminium chassis cage for it, but I don’t see it needing that, but I’m not saying no 😆😂👍

RC Decals, I found them on eBay but they are super helpful as they send a proof of concept before they print. It might be a bit industrial but in black you can’t tell. The Sherry is ESSENTIAL 🍷😂😆👍

I think the Alloy parts are so well made and they are not that expensive 👍

@@RCsoandso The four hubs that I got for mine cost me almost $30.

To be honest it’s not a bad idea. It’s good to have a point of weakness, I broke the chassis because of stress so had to replace that, it was cheap enough but a hassle, so arms would be ideal to leave as is 👍

@@RCsoandso I've got an Arrma Vorteks for driving hard so my Tamiyas stay reasonably tame and are mostly for going for a walk, not brushless and big air. Cheers for the videos and tips. I think I'll get both as I want to 3D print arms in the future for double wishbone suspension up front.

To be honest, it doesn’t really take from the charm. The best way to put it would be imagine having a daft dog, it’s always friendly and eager to please, but it’s daft. With adding oil shocks, is like taking the dog to training classes, yes it’s more responsive, and moves less awkwardly, but it’s not unusual for it to still fall over, or to do something daft. I think that’s the best way to describe it 🐶😆😂👍

The Lunchbox is such a versatile model. Funnily enough I’ve just filmed the first run of this one’s new look and it should be out soon!

We have bought some lexan bodies and they are really good, super light but durable, if you get the chance you should try them out 👍

The Pumpkin is something we have debated, we nearly did but Modelsport didn’t have what we needed when we visited. Watch this space! 👍

@@RCsoandso I've followed mostly gamers in the past but started looking at RC as it was something I wanted as a kid but could never afford. I've always enjoyed channels that are actually real people. Glossy channels have there place but real people are what yt is about. A proper interaction with video and conversation. I can pretty much guess the RC community will be very similar. You could call it nerds etc but it's just people with interests of a certain ilk. *I'll try to avoid being vaguely serious in the future!
