Very nice video, Shawn. Dogs can sure save a guy a lot of work. I've had a few good dogs over the years. I had one that would bite the cows on the face if they turned to chase. That usually changed their minds pretty quick. Couple of good looking pups you got there. Hope they grow up to work wellfor you. Best wishes to you folks.
Good luck with the new dogs, hope they work out great. With all the breeds they use to make hanging tree they should be . Lots of bears since Colorado did away with spring season and bating years ago. Hope they don’t give any trouble.
Great video. Kids, puppies, family and friends. You had a good week. I've never used dogs for working cattle, but the way I understand it is that the dogs put pressure on the rangy ones and the cattle learn that the pressure is released when they rejoin the herd. Just like training a horse. Put pressure on, release when you get the result. Thanks for sharing. 👍👍👏👏🇺🇲🇺🇲
Great dogs. I’ve used Hangin Tree cow dogs for a decade plus and they are tough and smart. Mine are probably 60% head dogs to hunt and hold but the other 40% of those dogs will drive. I’m looking forward to seeing their progress!
Another good video Shawn that Hyde sure had a great collection of bulls and great corral set up for them a top notch cowboy in the making.you have some good looking pups
Wow, quite the line up of blended line's for the doggie pack. Brains and brawns across the board...took me 24 years to blend my gsd line's for Sars tracking. You learn what work's. Catahoula, nice... Hey, next time you past the rosehip. Stock up for the winter. I found fed to the horses, it grows healthy hoofs. Makes awesome rosehip jelly for humans😊. Awesome bear you guys got❤.well fed, looks to be a great soon to be rug..its already fall, wow...
Love the dog update. They are central partners for you, that’s for sure. Sorry that the cows were so ornery. Are the leaves turning up high on the mountain?
Very awesome video. That is so awesome seeing the dogs working they are doing a great job job with the cattle. Thank they will be big help to you especially in those brush areas where those bears could be hanging out to👍
Great episode! These make me wishful, I could still be doing that; but, that's long behind me. Bonnie & Clyde 😂, there's a fellow in Arizona, that has gotten him a set Mules ,named Bonnie and Clyde. That youngster will his ranch layout on floor, was precious. Thanks for sharing.

I sure do admire your hats! Some time back I asked whether you might show on a map the relative locations of the properties you show. Did you think any more about that?
I have not. But I will say that this year we have seen far more than we have in the past. We did find a dead calf today on top of that mountain. It was too far eaten to tell how it died.
With all the bears you have been showing, I wouldn’t think it would be too hard to find a bear. I love Hyde’s shorts! Just a note, I’m never ready for winter. lol. All so cute puppies. Perfect names too. So will Grace be a pet dog now? Thank you for the video.
