The main concern people are having is, if you are being removed from all web2 (social media) platforms for having a difference in opinions, what's to stop it from getting more drastic & tyrannical over time, which leads people to find an alternative incase social media shuts people out.
That's where web3 comes in.
Let me explain web 3 in simple terms,
Web3 is a new way of owning your content
You may see people say web3 is social media that isn't controlled by one entity
Social media is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to web3 tech.
We will see hundreds if not thousands of companies launch within the next year trying to capitalize on all the various applications.
Venture Capitalist firms already know web3 is going to be insanely massive & that's why you see hundreds of millions of dollars being poured into tons of web3 startups that have built nothing other than an idea.
It is so important to start now.
Even though the market is in a “bear market” the business models are in euphoria with insane gains if an idea is established with a plan of creation.
We are still very early, & not in the sense that all of our crypto & NFT bags are going to 100x
I mean we are early in the sense of the technology & future branding applications
Brands like reddit are releasing NFTs which already surpassed the amount of wallets on OpenSea, a NFT dedicated platform since 2017 with over 31 billion dollars in trading volume.

This was all under the radar for most people, because they didn't really even know about this NFT until some of the recent news on how some of their NFTs did a 100x from mint price . Reddit has around 400 million monthly active users and the majority still don't even know that this is a thing.
So why am I talking about Reddit NFTs in a video on how web3 is creating the next gen of billionaires?
I am bringing them up as a quick example of how NFTs are just starting to be adopted into the mass market.

Reddits classification of NFTs as “digital avatars” cloaks the term NFT and makes it more digestible for average people to understand.
This is exactly why the Reddit NFTs did so well. People didn't care that it's necessarily an NFT, especially since most of them were free. On top of that they were very easy to buy and reddit users wanted to show them off on their profile as a collector and user on reddit.
The technology in web3 is going to break the mold people cast onto web3 and the NFTs being bad by slowly introducing people into the space without really realizing it.
What you need to do now is think of what the space needs & capitalize. This can be anything but if you find an issue and create a solution in the web3 space you will be very successful.
