It’s so great to see you Brad. We have been a couple of nervous wrecks with all the flooding news in Kentucky. Did you totally escape with your properties and the RV Park? It would have been a great home for us whilst we are looking for the perfect home with land and I would have definitely finished the garage to make an independent apartment if possible. Thank you for your great video and I will be calling you or Ken soon with regards to building log cabins for the homeless in Kentucky. The Amish family is coming to the UK next week to meet up. Hi Brad, I bought my home just before Covid hit and you would be shocked if you saw what I experienced and the former owner worked for a builder in another state. It all started from clearing out some of the garden trees, we found illegal connections from their electrician apprentice son, water damaged roof and ceilings and the list goes on, he patched everything up cheap and quick to sell. I have spent top dollar on fixing everything to code but at least I know that my family are safe. This house looks perfect and you can tell the owners and the house are solid. That is hard to find here in Melbourne Australia. I'm sure the people who purchase it will be very happy. I wish you all the best. Love your videos.

Lovely home on a quiet, but finished street. Like the one level living with the benefit of storage space in the crawl, and all that space in the yard to work with. Great listing! All four of our children 2boys/2 girls grew up helping in my large country kitchen. Heart of the home. I love that they're all good cooks as adults, and will keep my Gram and Mom's recipes alive for another generation❤

That's actually a nice place. And my first thought when seeing that crawlspace was it wouldn't take much to make it into a decent basement. Also from what I could tell on the video it looked like the house was reasonable functional as well. I got the impression that the inside at least wouldn't be to unfriendly to wheelchairs. I've been in houses with hallways and doorways so narrow a wheelchair wouldn't fit down them. This place might work from what I can see in the video. Off course I would still prefer a Farm or more Rural place. And I would like a hill to look at,but still to me the house looked pretty well thought out. I also think that little garden in the making underneath the deck is an interesting idea. At least to me it looked like it was being prepped for some shade loving flowers or something. On a side note I'm glad I was finally able to watch it. I don't know why but lately youtube has been giving me trouble with multiple video's I want to watch.

I saw this house yesterday on the ML. I told Zoe. It was very nice. I’m hlsd to see your videoing it. I think it’s the same guy house. Well I’ll see I a few minutes. I just siloed a house in z Carmel, California for $/1,800 a sf. Ko ocean view either, just your neighbors surround it.
