I remember that heath hussar talked about this on his podcast with noah beck, that this pointy nipples thing is called Gynecomastia which is a condition characterized by enlarged breast tissue, and it affects around 32-65% of males. Noah Beck talks on the podcast about having surgery to remove that extra tissue. Maybe it's an also an option for you, so that you don't have to be self conscious about it any longer and be free and never have to think about it ever again 😊

Similar problem here, I eat alot and gain weigth easily also but for g sake I try to train for a very long time and even have abs at some point but those nip fat a so freaking sturdy. I already gave up at this point and eat and exercise for health only now, fk abs fk fat they can stay all they want as long as I can still jog 3km without sweating then I'm fine with everything.
