No,the juice will leak out only if you cut it when it is hot, that’s why we need to let the meat rest for a couple minutes. But why do u need the pork to cool down?
@@richardtseng8810 I am selling papo secos com porco (Portuguese hamburger with a slice of pork steak). I have the Macau traditional method to soak juice into the steak. But after fried it, the juice will exudate out during cooling down, as the steak shrinks. Any solution, plse ?
