People who says this isn't supportive of the queer community because it's satire miss the whole point of humor and satire: If this was making fun of trans/nonbinary/queer people it would make them out as ridiculous and stupid. Instead it's an empowering piece about being yourself and showing others love and respect (and fair, doing lots of drucs and messing about which... not my thing but fair xD) It tells you that you "gotta love" anyone who isn't part of the gender binary and ends with "this is me expressing myself and if you don't like it you can fuck off" It doesn't say trans/nb/queer people are weird or bad or ridiculous, it celebrates party/queer circles and exudes body positivity aggressively which I love. All of you look (if I may) SNATCHED in this video. Love the aggressive positivity, the beetle mention, the heels, the vibes, the mention of (big) bald men (who are often considered gross/ugly/etc) It is incredibly sincere and positive and people who wave it away by saying "it's only satire" are spewing nonsense.
