That metallic green is great! And price is not bad (although I'd expect that). I like the weld-y detail at the seat tube, and the straightness from the steerer tube to the rear dropouts. Nice.

Congrats on getting to this point with the Norton. However.... Is there a Frameset option so we can build to our spec? Can't find a frameset option on the website. Remember availability of a frameset was a big thing early in the Norton's design. There'd be the stock spec, and there'd be a frameset for those of us wanting to rock higher end parts. If I got the stock, I love the AdventX, but likely would be replacing *everything* else. 36 spoke wheels for my Clydesdale size, Bomber Z1, SRAM or Shimano Hollow spindle cranks/BB, AdventX or SRAM NX/GX depending on current sales and spares in my parts bin.

I'd like to see them release a full squish. I bought the X back in 2020 and found out gravel wasn't really for me, so I turned it in to a roadie with a Tiagra hydro groupset. Then I bought an enduro bike for the off road stuff.

I just spoke with Poseidon and they said that the new Geo chart is up and there was a glitch that showed the wrong one... The geo on this bike is legit, good job Eric!

Is the geometry on the website correct? 69.3 STA? Super short reach? Almost like like geo from a gravel or cyclocross bike copied to the mountain bike page.

I just checked the geo chart for the first time, whoa, norton has some short reach! I would need to buy an L instead of usual M with me. Stack is kinda tall and thats good

Love the bike and the concept but the price is crazy - this bike is almost identical geo to the Canyon Stoic 2 but the Stoic is $100 cheaper and has better everything. Hoping for a sale price at some point

It would be nice to know the suspension travel - I am assuming 130 but hey who knows. Also the seat tube angle is either a misprint or you really don’t want a setback post on this bike. Nice bike for $1300 USD.

with that white colorway it looks now much more like canyon stoic :> the only way ppl will buy this bike instead of the canyon stoic 2 is availability.. Canyon is cheaper and has better spec (fork, drivetrain, brakes) but its almost sold out

Bike has potential! When upgraded. Looks great! But the spec for the price is not worth it. The mechanical brakes unfortunately kills it. Looks like a SUB $900 dollar bike with that spec.

Worse. $1300 (Currently. Not sure if the orice us going to fluctuate atthelast minute as they sort this new model out). Makes no sense. I really hope that is not foreshadowing that they will be massively raising the price of their gravel bikes. I already own a Redwood and was hoping they would eventually come out with a mountain bike version, but at $450 more for the same thing... thats a big "nope".

I mean, if they want to bump the price up a bit for the front suspension fork, fine. I seriously doubt thats a $450 fork, though such that it would explain the price difference.
