I had even bought a used QuickTime bellhousing, but it didn't have hardware. Luckily, I was able to get someone really knowledgeable and helpful on the phone at Holley and was able to source the hardware kit I needed!

Nice! Only idea I have for bolts is to hit the junkyard for them. Great track video! I want to get my 89 up and running again and hit Hallett.

My $18K budget swap is now over $30K! Know ahead of time what you want as an end goal, or it quickly goes WAY over budget.

Hardware is thru the roof I guessed 147.00. I got 6 bolts nut and washers for a suspension build and it was like 26.00

If you plan on taking engine apart don't bother to buy running engine. You can buy F150 core engine for 500 dollar or mustang core engine going to some more. My brother coyote swap his 2001 Cobra has power steering and a/c still. He bought Gen 1 rebuilt engine, with aftermarket rods and pistons, stock boss 302 cams, boss intake and Gen 1 ford racing control pak. Bought cheap digital dash cluster I mean it works but eats temp and oil pressure sensors. Went rounds with guy who made it because of alt and how Ford controls it through stock cluster. Guy claims he's electrical engineer and had no problems with other people using stock alt. I called BS and pointed it out issue guy never answered me back. Other problem with stock 2001 alt with RPM over 7000rpm blows wiring out of it. Now he has Coyote Alt and control pak ecm controls Alt now. Dakota digital dash cluster wasn't out yet went we did his swap. Also release of this cluster was delay because of me pointing out to them about alt how ford controls it. A/c works but not using solid state controller like stock. Still using stock pressure switches, with relay for a/c clutch and relay for fan high and low. It's very easy to wire up.

Stock 2001 ALT rated at max of 14000 RPM. So alt turns 2 to 1 ratio so at 7000 eng RPM and alt turning at 14000 rpm. It will blow wiring off rotor and you will have wires hanging out of alt. My brother did it twice and went searching for max rpm of alt oh oops no wonder why its blows up. Using coyote truck alt because stock mustang coyote for some reason didn't like being turned backwards. He is using PBH alt mounting so it places alt on front of engine with pulley to engine. Checked mustang coyote alt it worked on machine in both directions. But for some reason on the car it didn't charge. I've tested many of alt running them in either direction and they work just fine.
