its funny how the philosophy of prop placement is the opposite of pgg while looking quite similar.. where they put walls in the outside and never in the inside this is the opposite here

it took some time to create the track, but damn, the result speaks for itself... glad I could be part of the creation process, it's been one hell of a project!

As someone who still sometimes plays FH5 on the original Xbox One, I can’t thank you enough for taking into consideration when designing your track, that some people use older consoles ! Cause some event labs are a pain to play on the 2013 Xbox One lmao

Amazing test track. Between this, the tuning guides, and the sharecodes, you don't only give precius info (this doesn't happen for most games) but at least for me, you make me like the game more. Tuning is a different kind of fun when you actually make the car faster, and even better if you have clear evidence to see it.

Glad to see it all coming together :) Now we can devote all our attention to pestering you about bringing Forza Car Reviews back sooner ;)

Since I watched your videos it has giving this game a whole new perspective for me I used to only just play and never think about the tuning but now its all I think about its made the game even more fun than it already was. this test track is amazing really gives all aspects of a cars handling a run for its money

The track is excellent! I've been running some laps in A and B-class cars (my favorite classes), and it's just a perfect balance of fast and slow. And the length is very nice too. I wasn't aware of you or your channel during FH4, but I'm glad I was able to join in the fun now in FH5!

I cant wait to see you do car reviews, and this track looks like it'll be so much fun to race on. I wonder if PG would be willing to make this a festival playlist eventlab event.

I think first order of business in car reviews is to make one large video detailing the changes between cars detailed in FH4's car reviews. It would be super cool to see what cars got better and which cars were made worse.

Probably the best time attack track I’ve played in this game. It can be incredibly punishing because some corners are certain death if u go like 1 Kph too fast. But that’s part of what makes it a great track. The custom rule set is also awesome. Good job!

I played it yesterday, man it's awesome 🙌🏼

First of all I really like the track. Played the last hour on it and I'm gonna come back tomorrow when I have more time. The variety of corners and straights really makes it great to benchmark cars and it's quite fun to drive. The only issues I had were with the two fast right corners at 4:51 and 4:59 since they were really hit or miss in the S1 car I drove (Mclaren F1). Either you manage to go through them by nudging your right front wheel intro the little road water drain and manage to go through them without and braking or releases or you don't get it right and smash right into the wall. Having high risk, high reward parts in a benchmark track seems a bit counterproductive to me. Otherwise great work on the custom rules in there. The sector timings with the deltas are just great and make this track truly special. 5 sectors would be perfect but I don't know wether that's possible. All in all great Job

Even though I have a relatively modern pc my cpu really struggles with this game, so thanks for thinking about that aspect. I also really like how flush to the road the walls are

Quality.....Nicely Done !! Would be great if the leaderboards could show whether people are playing with a Wheel or Controller, maybe Which Platform they're playing on and if they're using any Assists or not !! Personally, I play on an Xbox Series-X with a Wheel, No Assists, Manual Gears with Clutch on a H-Pattern Shifter !! !! Keep Up the Great Work !!

This is really really cool! Is there any chance you would be uploading tutorials for tips on how to make such awesome custom routed in event labs when it comes to Props and rules. I'm just getting stressed out trying to dive into myself, so overwhelming. Love the content, can't wait to see what you got coming next!

I will have to check the track out, i have a friend who has two very annoyng all-round builds constantly challenging me on Rivals, this will be very time consuming but it will be worth it to develop proper builds.

Thanks for the great track Hoki! I just tested it and it is awesome. I look forward to digging into all of the features. Gotta say I hate the chicane though 😑. Just when the endorphins start flowing, and I feel the rhythm and flow, and really start "gettin' it" - I slam on the brakes to thread the needle (à la throttle interruptus). I'm sure there are many reasons for this, and well though out, but I'm just a big fan of speed and sweeping curves in real life and video games.

So cool test track, I went on it my Porsche 911 GT2 RS with my own tuning. I go 13 lap and my best time is 2:19:139. Perfect curves, and perfect braking points. Perfect car and tuning setting test track, congratulation👏

Only recently started to play game. Love this track. Started to use it to get some base tunes on it. Only thing is that chicane lol. But keep the great work and content coming.

Nothing will ever beat HMC when it comes to quick testing in free roam, but this is an amazing track for a more statistical and analytical approach to testing tunes and cars. Congrats on finishing it! Hope to see some good competition on the leaderboards!

the walls are a really nice addition. there is this one track someone did where they built a whole tokyo racetrack and it has a highway with the sound barriers on either sides of the road and it gives you this incredible sense of speed. that coupled with the knowledge, that those are actually walls and wont break when you just look at them wrong like everything else in horizon's world really makes the racing more enjoyable.

Damn, your track is very similar to the only one I've made in Horizon 5 so far, the only difference begin the first sector, I chose for the track to run uphill into the sharp left hairpin lol. Looking forward to testing all my future builds on this track!

Wow, cool track, I'll give it a go this weekend. Would be cool if we could get a convoy in a Livestream, load everyone in the track and have like a qualifying session jam, like 10 laps or so, everyone ghosted and whoever gets the fastest lap wins. I wonder if this can be made.

I’ve been doing some runs on the track and find it really difficult. It really showed to me just how much work I need to put into my driving in the game. I downgraded myself from a low S1 class car I had originally gone in with to a mid A Class car and I’m slowly working my way up.

i tried making a track with a rule set like this and came no where close, this is perfect

Watched the video about the creation of the track with interest and decided to try himself on it. As a result, after 40 minutes of tests, I was able to set a time of 2:33:520 in A class:) Excellent track - I imagine how difficult it was to create it :) Respect

the potential best lap feature is the single coolest thing i have ever seen in this game, i never knew something like that existed! Im definitely going to give this track a try, at least for the sake of messing around with that feature! and the time deltas? what the fuck this track is sick!

Let's summarise this: you made a video about you (and help) making a track and SHARED it with people. Then you made 2 different versions so that hotlappers and racers are both supported. And then, on top of it, you included whole community to be part of track by sharing with those who need it the most. I found you because of tuning videos, but I am still here because you are really great as a human being. P.S. I am normally against these emotional posts, think this is first time I did it, but you sure do deserve it.

Would really like for there to be a rewindable version in the daytime. I don’t like racing at night and I’m not good enough at the game to easily do multiple laps without crashing once lol. I just want ro use this track for casually comparing my tunes and challenging myself. The absence of rewind makes that much less fun, and night time racing isn’t my thing.
