THE OLD WORLD - After many many years buried beneath the sands, the TOMB KINGS march to battle once more. In a collaboration with Eric and his Hobby Workshop, he build up two awesome tables for us to battle on. His Bretonnians vs my desert army of Kings. Lets battle at 2000pts and revisit one of the coolest games. Warhammer The Old World. A huge shout out to Games Workshop who sent us the new sets and books to preview, for free!

Really nice report. Those Peg Knights are Skirmishers and could have changed the Horse Archers.as it was, having destroyed the Carrion they could have also overrun out of the Dragon's charge arc (works as Close Order).😅

that turn one fatal misfire for the Screaming Skull Catapult makes me sad. I was looking forward to the carnage it could level upon that giant regiment of filthy peasants!

I don't think the Bretonnians consented to being taken to the Bone Zone. They certainly underestimated how hot the desert would be. Wool tabards over chain mail is fine in the mild climate of Not!Europe. Not so much in the sandy deserts of Not!Egypt.

Fantastic battle report! Would you be able to clarify the grail knight rules please? It seems bizarre that when they really should have stomped face on the bone dragon they got held up with 1v1.

Yeah, it is how that mechanic works , I chose not to do that so that it did not feel bad for the knights .

It was very fun watching! I wanted to ask if the scorpion should be facing the longer side because it is written an 75x50 in the book or does it not matter? Asking because i didn’t base my treeman yet 😁 Thx!!

@@SkaredCast i don‘t know, thought maybe you would 😁 The treeman is listed as 50x75 and the scorpion 75x50 and i couldn‘t find a rule where it is stated which side needs to be the front 🤔

I'm somewhat tempted to buy the box, even if nearly everything is old models. How do you transport the crocodile? It seems like the least transportable model I've seen.
