Jim, when you are looking for a cornerstone, especially in older buildings, always check the N.E corner first. It was considered an auspicious position.

Not too long ago there was a convent up against the church, and even back when I was in university, the school was in session and had a lot of kids enrolled. The East Side was never too nice when I was alive, but it still had some life in it.

Thanks Jim! Enjoyed your visit to the East side. We see the church when we go to Golden Dawn for dinner. Just too bad it isn’t made into a historical site. It is so beautiful. We watched bar rescue today and seen the work that was done to the bar. Does it still look the same as it did after the show? You said it is still open and still owned by the Kennedy brothers?

What a shame to see this beautiful church neglected.
