Thank you for all you do for this condition, Exercise, consistent, has been key in my life with Bronchiectatis, allergies, skin rashes, etc. changes with each stage of living since birth,(now 83 years. old)… Thank you fir all you do to help us live better lives with these health conditions. Glad I watched this today…I do a sample tomorrow and I get up early and have coffee and exercise …then two hours later I nebulize! Hope it is successful tomorrow 🙏

Thank you Linda for an informative video. I have and use all of the same equipment. From beginning to end, including sterilizing, approximately how long does it take you to do the complete process? 18:40

Hi Cathie! It really depends on what I decide to do. If I do a breathing exercise ahead of time that tacks on a couple of minutes. Sometimes I do a 4 minute autogenic drainage breathing at the end. I would say under a half hour. Less if I need to be somewhere! 🩵Linda

Thank you, Linda. When you travel do you take your Ombra and nebulizer, or do you take a mesh nebulizer using 3%? We have not traveled since CO because of my MAC, COPD, and Bronchiectasis. I’m trying to streamline the process. I have concerns about boiling to sterilize all the parts when traveling. ☹ Your videos are most helpful. Thank you, again. Cathie

It really depends on where we’re traveling to and how long will be gone. I don’t use a mesh nebulizer because they’re difficult to sterilize. But if I’m traveling and need to pack light in the United States instead of my Ombra. I pack a Pari Trek S. The Ombra does not work abroad.
