Carly are absolute robbing scumbags !! , cant believe you guys are still promoting them , just ask people about there experiences dealing with carly customer services , they are one of the worst thieving scum company out there , seriously don't take my word on this and have a look into it yourselves, people are literally getting money taken from there accounts being robbed and thats after removing all consent for them to do so, and when they do there is no customer services so for the people that have been unfortunate enough to have given this scam company the time of day are left out of pocket and scammed, shame on you guys for being involved with Carly but please do look into this as you guys are in partnership with them at the moment , everyone has been warned !!
Carly has been some dodgy things as of recent like annual subscription you can only cancel by getting in touch with customer support and charging alot more for the 2nd year than the first
@KIRAjti your absolutely right , it's just a shame people are finding out the hard way after loosing their money and then having to deal with them , i mean anyone right now that has the carly app I would urge them to go into there apps and have a look at what control they have over there account and subscription , the robbing part comes even after people have managed after a massive headache to cancel there subscription money gets taken from the accounts anyway and there is absolutely no chance of getting back , the product is crap anyway , im really surprised channels are Still promoting them as its there family there loyal subscribers that they are lining up to get robbed , that's the sad part
Alex can you only post this content we like this content more than the podcast i mean don't get me wrong still post the podcast but also post this content at the same time
Tell you what… this video makes me realise how good Taylor could be great at “how to” videos. Even some basic stuff. Not necessarily “how to change you oil” but more “how to solve an issue that’s really common but difficult like stuck bolts” etc
Chris Harris is one of those people that I could listen to all day because of his ability to convey his passion for cars. You guys are on that level too. This increase in volume of content is so exciting to me and even my wife. She'd text me a screenshot of the thumbnail for this video with tons of excited emojis. I'm so glad there's a way to financially support what you're all doing now beyond the shop too. It's genuinely exciting when we realize that "there's a new Alex video today." You all work hard and it's so appreciated. We're all glad to see more content like this. Only thing is... We're gonna get hungry for more. That said, please don't overdo yourselves and feel burnt out, because what you're doing is just such a lovely thing that we'll always wait for more. Thank you to you all for everything. I look forward to ordering some Auto Alex merch as stocking fillers for the Mrs.
Beautiful car and Taylor balances proper car knowledge with his personality so well. Could listen to him talk cars all day. Great to see Taylor get a solo presenter opportunity.
Taylor is genuinely has such an infectious personality and is an absolute credit to the channel. Incredible motor which deserves to be cherished! Looking forward to more 👌
I've wanted to hear more about that beautiful 540i, and this video did not disappoint. The car looks and sounds fantastic! I'm currently doing a manual conversion on my E39 540i, so I definitely understand the love for these amazing machines. Thank you for sharing yours, Taylor!
I own and love an E39 530i manual Touring. It is my only car and I can't say I could think of a better one-car-package. It has all the amenities you need and none you don't. Beautiful steering and some power. Reliable enough to not worry but still "keeps me engaged with the hobby". It can fit 4 people with luggage in comfort on the Autobahn. Its beautiful to look at and gives me a smile every time I walk up to it. Also, I was able to afford buying it and thanks to an LPG conversion driving it loads. It's got 371k Km on the clock and I hope I can get it much, much higher in the coming years. Also, it's purple ❤
Taylor should definitely do more videos he is great to watch, really enjoy watching all three of you as your chemistry is on point keep up the great work lads
Absolutely loved this episode, Taylor is an absolute natural and as I mentioned in previous comments, I really enjoy the more down to earth episodes talking about cars, sharing the passion, love, care and stories of cars with us. I’d love to see more Taylor only episodes, talking about cars, going into more detail and just having a chilled out episode, in depth about cars which is why we’re all here. Love the channels, love all you guys and love the content.
Excellent episode Taylor! Wonderful presenting and love that it isn't highly polished and there's mistakes left in. Superb editing and shows you are real people and not trying to be influencers 👌 Good job everyone!
Wicked to see Taylor making his own vid on this channel! You guys are all brilliant and I think the group is honestly working perfect, very hard to find a hot pup of people that make content so enjoyable no matter when they do! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
That car is a dream! Except I'd had a valved intake (or just open) instead of exhaust 😄 The "droop" setting on coilovers are to set so that the wheels don't rub the fenders when the suspension is bottoming out. usually tested without springs and then installing the springs afterwards 😁 But it can also be used for hight adjustment if the car is to be slammed with stance fitment.
My family had a 1995 540i sedan in Oxford green. I loved that car so much. And then it got rear-ended at a traffic light. That era of BMW was unbelievably good.
I had the pleasure of meeting Taylor and Co today at the NEC and he is just as he is on RU-vid. Had time for everyone. Thanks guys I had a great day. Great video too 👍🏼
I used to own a E34 540i 6 speed manual... and what a fantastic car that was. Only small thing I would do myself is have 2 tail pipes instead of just the one, but I think overall you have a car that's pretty much as good as it gets. I would even keep the old phone tech just as a laugh :) My dream is to get back into a E30 one day, but that's been a dream for some time now and I don't believe that's going to change any time soon. It makes me quite jealous to see you lot having so much fun with cars :)
I absolutely love you guys:) Best car RU-vid channels ever. I even got my wife to watch you! Taylor, you are a beautiful person! And the way you edit this is spot on. Stay human and make mistakes, that's the attraction. We're all idiots that will eventually die, so fuck being afraid, let's have fun the time we are here.
I been listening to the podcasts on Spotify and I watch on here too. Hi Taylor and co. Love the channels always Alex. Rory, Taylor, Chris, Josh everyone huge thank you for being car people. And making great content always.
Sack Alex ….. it’s AutoTaylor now Love all the content you guys do wether that’s listening to the number 1 automotive podcast in my van in n down the country or sat in a lay-by watching quality content it’s all great
Go on Taylor! I dig Auto Alex and Car Throttle. I'm a BMW enthusiast with four vintage BMW'S Fairly Rare US cars. 2003 325i Touring with a January VIN - They changed all kinds of shit on these cars in March of '03. 189,00 2003 325Ix Touring M sport spec manual 5 speed 191,000 2006 330Ci ZHP convertible Livery is 1 0f 91 - 125,000 2006 750Li bone stock , but FULLY optioned -108,000 More Taylor/ More BMW stuff!
OMG hilarious! As soon as Alex's Carly plug finished, RU-vid threw in an add for "hair transplants in Turkey". Sorry, Alex. This is only banter. Your hair is fine, and I probably can't speak as I'm 5 years older than you. But sometimes things are just funny.
I learned about the AutoAlex Channel through the £25 6 Series video. It’s great to see how far the 3 of them have come as friends and Taylor in particular. Definitely need more of Taylor hosting solo!
Taylor is THE man - more of the videos like this please.... Tyler can present even a set of screws and nails and I would still watch it and have fun - Thank you for this video
Your so damn lucky to get these cars over your way. The only manual cars in Australia were the M5's. Love my pre facelift 540 with staggered style 42's, even with auto.
It's amazing how quickly the E39 Tourings have disappeared off the road. My 530i T was typical, rusted out rear inner sills and tailgate along with high costs elsewhere meant it was sold off for parts some time back. Of note is the large rear subframe bushes are hydraulic, they are filled with oil. Over time the rubber hardens and cracks and the fluid leaks out giving a harsh ride at the rear. Solid after-market bushings seem a bad idea for UK roads...
So as a E39 lover. I really appreciate that you kept the stock looking tailpipe, as close to an M5 your going to get from the factory. Very jealous. Taylor’s also brilliant on camera being a little more serious.
This is worth watching for THAT EXHAUST alone! Waaay too beautiful to be hidden under a car. And yes, it sounds the danglies. Loved this Taylor, top content fella, and a cracking, rare motor. 😍
