That's the beautiful thing about Body Game. 99.9% of people can do it, and it's never too late to start. We have 3 paraplegics at my gym, and two of them are veterans. What's your excuse?

I started lifting weights at maybe fifteen or sixteen because I was bullied a lot for being really skinny. By senior year of high school, mentally I was a completely different person. I wasn’t a hulking figure by any means but just looking a little bit more athletic went a long way. Even at that age I recognized that there is something universally respected about a man who looks physical. I don’t buy for one second that these guys doubt the body game. They are just coping because they don’t want to put in the work.

Body Game is soooooooooooo real it's not even funny. My Gurl saw my body transformation over the last 2 years and she gets excited every time she sees me.

These guys reject body game for one reason. It’s something that’s within their control. Money isn’t an excuse. You don’t need a commercial gym. Just calisthenics and diet. But they don’t want to put in the effort to change or be better. That’s why they cope about it being the face or excessive amounts of money.

The body game is real. For some of you older guys like myself, 40 plus, younger women love older guys that are physically in shape. Always keep your body in shape even if you’re in a relationship with a woman.

Body game is key… as a man that once let himself go bc I got comfortable w my personality and mouthpiece. I had a woman humbly tell me. I checked all the boxes but I did not do it for her physically or sexually. Bc of the weight gain. That made me a menace in the gym and health conscious… she tried to come back to me bout year later but simply thanked her for getting be back in check.

I'm getting to the point now where I'm close to maxing out a few machines at the gym. I always wanted to achieve that when I was younger. I'm loving it in my 30s when young women are easily attracted to me. I'm still working on my social/verbal but my body definitely be pulling women into my orbit for sure. Y'all better take heed, especially if you ain't reached your 20s yet.

Body game is bait like a worm on a hook. The fish gone come and at least one gone bite 💯. But you as the fisherman still have to reel that fish in aka using social skills

As a woman, Rom is 100% right. I dated the same dude twice. When we first meet 5 years ago the sex was fire! 🔥 He was in shape, energetic, fun, could stay 🫡! We tried again to have a relationship last year and he had gained weight , about 50lbs, was more insecure, had bedroom anxiety, didn’t want it as much as i did. It was a complete 180 from when he was fit. That motivated me to stay on my body game too! 😂🏃🏾‍♀️

So I went out with this chick Sunday night for our first date .We ended up making out on the backseat of my car(first ever kiss at 27;I was a bum with the gyaldem growing up).I also picked her up while kissing her(I know how romantic) cause that’s something I always wanted to do.Later that night we were talking and she said me picking her up was the second favorite part of the date cause “it made me feel like a little baby”.

Body game is real . I have some women at my job that I have shared elevator multiple times when I was out of shape . After 1 year of working out and building muscles a lot of them were looking at me and asking me if I was new to corporate. 😂😂shit works , shame way when we men see a slim tick with a fat a***ss

uncle Ron, I cannot deny the bodygame works! I know because women will look , stare, some introduce themselves, one woman called me a "beautiful man.' Body game works amazingly for me. About every time When I go out ( here in Atlanta) beautiful women approach me and compliment my body. This happens so much that I can bet money on it. The times I do not seal the deal has always had something to do with me messing up personality wise. Body game is great bait, but like he said it’s just bait your personality does the rest

2 and a half months in the gym 💪🏾. One of the cats I worked out with told me I got a sleeper build where I don’t look like I don’t lift but I be pumping out weights like it’s nothing. This is a never ending journey Unc. Thank you for your wisdom nuff respect ✊🏾

Body game works. I’m a decent looking guy and can confirm when I was skinny I’d get some attraction, got in shape and it increased by like 10 times if not more. Yeah I ain’t leaving the gym ever lol

The best thing any man can do is turn his life over to the gym and focus on proper nutrition. Women will become the least of your problems, not to mention that you’ll look and feel so much better. Make it a goal to get into the best shape of your life. That’s it, that’s all!
