I've been following the Channel since March 2021 always thought it was one of the best shows on RU-vid it puts me in a good mood with how upbeat and friendly Danny is. I had an abusive relationship during 2021 so this guy would change and start telling me how suddenly he hated rate my takeaway and how he couldn't stand Dannys voice etc. Anything i liked, he had to dis me, and put everything i liked down, everything i did it became part of his abuse. He'd go from complimentary about my appearance and personality to putting me down within 3 months, wrecking my confidence until i was an agitated, depressed and anxious and blaming me for it, and his abuse. Him dissing rate my takeaway was subtle but it was a warning sign. I recognised abuse later, rate my takeaway got me through a bad time when i was very upset and distressed I'd get some reassurance with positivity from it, and i know it may sound silly but small things like this helped just to leave the show running I don't miss an episode of rate my takeaway now

My advice is the next man you invite in to your life,put him on probation (in your mind) look for signs on how he treats his friends ,family, shop assistants and even pets .because down the line that how he will treat you. As in the beginning of relationships we are all on our best behaviour. But the signs will be there .unless they are a great actor. Good luck 😁
Rate my Takeaway got me through tough times as well. I don't even know why, but watching relieved some very extreme anxiety over the past year or more.

Awesome news! So glad to see Danny be able to take his love of food (and sharing it with others) to the next level. While owning a restaurant is hard work, nobody can say that you didn't do your homework. I can't think of any other restaurant owner who has spent the last two years sampling dozens of different places and cuisines. Hope that you are still able to continue with the channel and take us on many other food adventures.

Just make sure when foods been delivered it’s exactly what was ordered as she mixed up your orders and forgot the water and gherkins didn’t get removed on right burger, god forbid it was sweetcorn, I don’t think you’d have coped lol. I’ve been to T post in South Milford numerous times after watching your review. Foods great but it’s bloody annoying when you order before hand and then go to pickup then discover it’s wrong or they gave your order to someone else. It’s happened about 3 or so times in 6 visits. I will say watching your show was an absolute tonic as I was dealing with my Dad dying of cancer in St Gemma’s. It was something to give me a laugh at a most horrible time last year. Keep up the great work. You’re a top guy

Lovely to have a guest. Think he was very much in *there’s a camera on me* mode and trying a lot for most of the first half, but you could tell he became a lot more natural towards the end, and I really enjoyed the reviewing of food from each. Another cracking video

I prefer Danny being his natural self in front of camera on his own. Feel like when he has guests on he tries to be a bit of a journalist/interviewer (through no fault of his own) think he’s just trying to set a scene .
Nice one Danny - burgers looked great - price was decent, portions were big - 10 out of 10 seems fair - but was I the only one that was bugged that the bottles of waters never came out. Best of luck with this though - you deserve it and im sure its going to be a success.
