The One Thing We Don’t Like About Bulgaria is the number of stray cats and dogs’ living’ on the streets. There is no RSPCA here or indeed any noticeable concern for animal welfare.
Coming across yet another litter of stray kittens this week in my road prompted me to make this video. This is an article from my blog all about our own rescue animals - we now have five dogs and seven cats.
