That sun on those 100deg days is borderline not safe lol! I can’t say it’s a great idea and I can’t say it’s bad idea lol.. I do know it wipes you the hell out!! Those flips are an all around ass kicker for sho
So I have a few, this one is a 100lb bag but I have heard from numerous sources that you can always fit more than that in the.. I put 3 40lb bags of sand in it. Some add steel shot to get even more weight and some add rubber mulch to take up space and absorb a little impact as well!
@@Thefringefitnessproject thank you, got mine last Friday, I guess it's the same one, 100lb Shogun? I put 2 x 50lb bags of play sand in, my first sandbag so that's all I have to go off of. I have just been picking it up and throwing it over my shoulder like you demo'd, did a bit of standing around bear hugging it, that's quite enough LOL,,,,I'll work on your EMOM carries.
