I’m from LA born late 80s when I heard of Compton gangs it was Kelly park Atlantic drive neighborhood south side Compton crips and Santana when I got older it was nutty acacia and the rest but if I’m not mistaking I remember just Compton Crip

one thing I've noticed south of Compton Blvd going to Alondra and Greenleaf are decent looking neighborhoods mostly clean but north of compton Blvd going to Rosecrans el Segundo and lynwood its pretty gutter looking. Its crazy how one street changes a lot.

1979, officially 1981. In 1979, Herman from Lantana Blocc Crip came through the hood (NUTTY BLOCC) trippin' on homies, and shot Big Woodrat from Nutty in the leg because our homie Big Spook from Nutty Blocc killed Freddie Moe from The Hole Piru at a house party. That house was on the street that separates Nutty from Lantana territory. Then some Lantanas shot at Lil E from Nutty on that same street (Caldwell st and Aprilla st) around 1981 or 82, then Nub and Swibb caught a murder case on Deshawn from Lantana in 1982, then Hacc from Nutty caught a murder on T-Man from Lantana in in 1983. Meanwhile Daddio, Zim Zam, and a few other Lantanas start going to jail for shooting at homies in public places like Compton High, etc. The Hole Piru joined up with Lantana Blocc Crips, then actually changed into Lantana Blocc Crips around 1983 or 1984. Can't tell me nothin', I'm from Nutty, moved to the Hole in 1982, fought on the first day I moved there, got my house shot up, fought every other day goin' and comin' home from the hood, been in shootouts where they got shot, and at the same time, got cousins from there, and even though Nutty and Lantana fought for decades and still do, many of the Lantanas are like family to this day. I also got passes cuz many of the OG Lantanas stayed true to the Grandees, which is now called Nutty Blocc, and they never stopped hanging in the Grandees/Nutty Blocc, every single day. I only had to worry about certain individuals when I lived in Lantana/The Hole.

I should give a guide for some of these interviews because most people who watch content have to live out of state... 1. Not him specifically but a lot of guys that do interviews.. They were smoker Crips... Turtle (RIP)" I am the only one that does not get high" "Someone has to do the thinking". Not to downgrade anyone's neighborhood, or upgrade anyone's neighborhood. 2.Everybody for was formidable..3.What ever street you lived on Compton, North Long Beach. South Central La you had a good chance of dying (emphasis added)! So you got pay phone Crips. Smoker Crips, Kleptomaniac Crips (who snatched purses), Low rider Crips, King Pin Crips... I have not seen a lot of Soldiers/Wipe your nose Crips do interviews....
