I do have a question., I was comparing the two, Marmalead and sale samurai, they both showed me the same exact competion number for a keyword, but marmalead showed it has less than 25 searches a month while sale samurai showed it had 3,000 searches a month. I canceled marmalead to pay for sale samurai, because of all the talk about it. But now I'm not so sure. Marmalead isn't as great, but I'm afraid sale samurai is giving me false numbers and may be leading me in the wrong direction, What are your thoughts on this?

What is considered a high search volume? What is considered a high competition? I'm looking at things with 100-200 searches a month and 3,000 competition items.. is that good?

Thank you :) Who do you suggest for key words that exceed 20 characters when I punch in my 13 tags? Should I break them up or should I add them somewhere else (ie. description, which I don't know if that will help :( ) Thank you!

I am having trouble with this as well & would love a clear answer if anyone has one! I had seen somewhere that you can break them up if you put them in two tags next to each other for example wedding invitation template set would be broken up into tag 1: wedding invitation tag 2: template set. Makes sense! BUT is that really how it works???

my experience with SS and specificially their owner who also apparently "supports" the product and I use that term very loosely because he does anything BUT support the product.. what he did was claim my symptoms were caused by malware and excuse his need to support me. except I then proved that the malware was indeed his product that he LIED about not having code that runs on my machine when it indeed has a browser plugin that was killing my ability TO DO ANYTING AT ALL ON MY PC MUCH LIKE MALWARE. well the clown owner of sales samarai got it right it was malware, HIS MALWARE that ruined my computer. the tool itself and the features it offers are required if you want to succeed, but the service and his plugin are pure trash that is why I would suggest staying far far away from sales samarai, and perhaps trying erank instead.
