When you just started playing League and a beginner's guide refers you to this video and they start speaking in code like AD, AP, and MR and don't understand anything. RIP.

When you just started playing and you can't relate to the comments.

I love this channel because I imagine just a group of high elo players getting so sick of the shit of playing with bad players that they made an entire organization dedicated to helping people get better

Me: Gets prepared by making builds and runes for my champion. My adc: glacial augment with ludens echo.

For people who don't understand AP and AD, AP starts from 0 and it boosts your ability power, making some abilities stronger. Aatrox, Camille, Darius, Draven, Garen, Kalista, Kayn, Kindred, Kled, Olaf, Pyke, Riven, Samira, Sett, Talon, Urgot, Vayne, Xayah, Yone, and Zed doesn't have abilities that use AP. AD is attack damage, it's the damage your basic attack is. Some abilities that doesn't use AP uses AD as it's boost instead.

Guide about how to track enemy jgler as a jg and a laner. Would help a lot with counter fanning and avoiding ganks

So as a totally new player, what I'm taking from this guide is that you need a comprehensive knowledge of every champion to determine what their main role and damage output type is. That only comes with time and study I think. Definitely going to keep this in mind though!

So we've gotten "The ONLY" guides for itemization,teamfighting,top lane,mid lane,ADC, and jungle. So can it be safe to say that maybe just MAYBE we can get a support macro guide next?

Support main here. I've been looking for a guide like this for a long time. I have always been under the impression every champ has 3 main items they must get, and 3 that become situational. Boots are a "situational" item I rotate between the two MS boost boots depending on if I heavy roam, or I need to have constant MS in team fights to protect my backline. I do find difficulty in knowing WHEN to full build an item or to build parts of items before finally finishing one. I haven't seen it, but, do you have a guide that explains when it's efficent to upgrade your items?

Mundo,olaf and soraka on enemy team, my adc lets not build executioner after 30 min gg mundo and soraka broken can't stop healing : DDDDD

I feel like you should have mentioned Seeker’s Armguard. It’s deceptively strong. The stacking passive gives it as much armor when fully stacked, as does Zhonia’s Hourglass. Great item for an ap user to get when facing hard ad matchup. Basically a reverse of Hexdrinker.

As someone who prefers to play champions that can use a completely different build every game, I really enjoy a video like this. See, specifically for me, I'm one of those Teemo players who sometimes goes tankmo, sometimes AP, other times AD, crit, or on-hit, and etc. I've been falling into a playstyle where I just build whatever is most going to counter the enemy team as long as it also serves Teemo as a champion somehow and videos like this help me tweak and perfect my build decisions. The more I can prevent my opponents from being able to do, the happier I am and the more tilted they are. XD Thank you for the in-depth information; a lot of it I was already familiar with thanks to Teemo mains like iPav and players like SoloRenektonOnly as well as from my own brainstorming but I also still learned a lot. I am still silver after all, if I knew everything then I wouldn't be. So again, thank you and if you ever think up more to add to this or maybe you come up with other generalized build guides like it I will definitely be paying attention to it! :D

please make an updated video as there's just too many items and how to prioritize them , for example i play yasuo midlane i know i should build bersekers infinity etc.. but what if my team fed my midlaner? should i just stop building berserkers and go for mercs, hexdrinker etc.. or even spirit visage? when should i rush them? what if the enemy comp has healing do i just rush it 1st item or will i have to wait ? but what if i wait too late and i cant afford it?

Can you make a guide to what items synergize well, don't stack, or do stack? Like some people may build a maw and a Steraks but not know that they dont stack.

this video is exactly what i was looking for. Im brand new to the game & the items are so many its very difficult to understand what to get as many items seem very similar. I just stick to recommended build but i constantly run into enemies with different builds & theres a clear differenc in DPS / Def etc & they 1v1 me

Yasuo with Infinity Edge and Berserkers Greaves kicks butt, then add Deaths Dance and Bloodthirstier and he is almost unkillable

While I found this super informative as a Support main almost all of these are situational. May be worth considering a video on support and utility items. Not just redemption etc but Twin Shadows, Frozen Heart, Shrelyas ... Hell even pink wards just so some people remember they exist!

i think you missed the important tiamat, specifically for some champions or against some champions matchups, to help clear waves, and how it may be important to just buy the first part and wait until later to upgrade it in some cases

Itemization guide in a nutshell: 1. Look a guide up on op.gg or mobafire 2. copy the runes 3. build nearly the same build like recommend in the guide, if the enemies have nearly only physical/nearly only magic dmg buy the right boots and maybe a defensive Item unless you're an enchanter or assassin.

Can you at Pro Guides make a video on what runes to use because i see a lot of difrent types of rune choises on a same champ

if rito would finaly introduce good mr items or give the current ones more MR and nerf void staff a bit MR could be finally a relevant stat in league.

There are many things missing in this video. Banshee's vile or Edge of night are also some good items cause they stop the effect and dmg and you practically have malzahars passive which will keep you extremly safe from champions like lux or veigar. Also there shall be a guide like this to the runes too. Builidng runes against your enemy is a great way to win.

LoL = Stands for League of Legends CC = Crowd Control, referring to slows, stuns, fear, etc. AP = Ability Power, meaning magic damage, usually done by spells/abilities, and some items. APC = Ability Power Carry, meaning a champion that doesn't have much base health but deals lots of magic damage through spells/abilities. AD = Attack damage, meaning basic damage done by auto attacks and abilities, as well as some items. ADC = Attack Damage Carry, meaning a champion that usually has low health but deals a lot of damage from auto attacks, or attack damage. Bot = Referring to computer controlled champion (AI), or mostly referring to bottom lane, 'bot lane' for short. Top = Top lane, the northern-most lane on the map. Mid = Meaning middle lane. OP = meaning Over Powered, summoners use this to explain the immense and unfair quantity of something. OMW = On My Way, usually said when a champion is heading towards an area where another champion requests help. GG = stands for Good Game, said at the end of a match when you win/lose, expressing no hard feelings during a game.

You should have explained percent penetration vs flat penetration, like void staff vs morello and when last whisper is good. Its pretty simple but new players often get tripped up by it

Good to see you guys making a video on this topic. I can't tell you how many times I have to be that nagging player stereotype so my team understands what boots to buy or when we need multiple sources of grevious wounds. For instance, I played an Aram the other day against 3 healing supports and a bruiser that would likely build some life leech. Despite me asking the team to please buy grevious early I was the only one to get it before the end game. Needless to say we lost and I was less than thrilled.

as for an ap top lane... against an enemy that has a lot of sustain... like vladimir... morelo is quite expensive and usually will make me hold my lane quite a bit into the tower... losing farm and trades scared of the outcome of me remain with bellow 50% while my enemy can easily just replenish what i deal. until i get boots and morello my lane is pretty much 1 sided... isn't there anything cheaper or at least a bit faster to get for grevious wounds? is it worth to build executioners on an AP champ just for the pass on early?

I take soulstealer on Yuumi when my friend takes AP Soraka. It's soo fun lol

Frozen mallet is also a good choice for a adc to counter both ap/ad burst, and it give ad and a perma slow

Try playing sejuani top, I tried a build after realising that besides her long range, she is a melee champ, so build a bruiser build with TITANIC HYDRA first item. She can build tiamat, that i thunk is pretty cool. Get a trinity force right after, a steraks, some tabis, mercurys or berserkers(to proc passive more rapidly), then a deaths dance and frozen gauntlet.

Could you guys make a guide on how to find a champ that fits someones playstyle? Could use one right now since i lost around 350lp in 3 days, dropped from p1 100lp down to p4 50lp.

Personally I like to take mejai's as a starting item on midlaners I'm confident on. It's surprisingly low risk and the reward is amazing if you can start to snowball.

One thing I'm struggling with is Sterak's Gage vs Maw of Malmortius. If the enemy doesn't have enough AP threat, Maw is out of the question, but when it's something like Eve / Elise jungle, with an AP mid laner and maybe a carry AP support like Velkoz, I do not always know which one is better. The MR is decent, the AD is good as well, but in comparison, you get pretty much the same AD from Sterak's, you gain HP instead of MR, which is generally more useful since there are ADCs on the enemy team, and the shield proc is better on Sterak's since it's universal damage and not just magic damage. Maw has another passive when it procs, granting 10% lifesteal and spellvamp, which can be strong, but once you get to below 30% HP to proc the passive, you are probably already out of cooldowns and looking to back off instead of trying to fight to make use of those extra stats. In the meanwhile, Sterak's will grant Tenacity which is extremely strong a lot of times, especially for low mobility bruisers in order to keep fighting and chase or try to escape.
