As an aim coach, I rarely recommend that people change their sensitivity. Sensitivity is a complicated subject, and often people's sensitivity is fine, but other times it isn't and people need to change sensitivity. If you want to know what aim sensitivity you should use in a game like Valorant, you should watch this video. If you want to have a better sensitivity, watch this video. This video talks about sensitivity for aiming, perfect sensitivity for aiming and the best sensitivity for aiming for you. So, what is the best sens for you?

This video was made by me, and I have aim coached professional multiple Valorant players, Radiants, Immortals, Apex Predators, a former professional Apex Legends Player, Overwatch Grandmasters, and many more. Aim warm up vs aim practice? Why YOU'RE Practicing wrong. Aim practice, aim training. How to warm up? How to practice aim? Am I practicing aim correctly. Why should you aim train? How should you aim train? What is the best way to aim train? What should I do while I'm aim training? How to aim train? What's the best way to train aim? You can use these tips to clutch more rounds and win more often. How do I become really good at aiming? What should I spend my aim trainer time doing? What is the best way to aim? This will help you get really good at static clicking. If you can't seem to hit targets this is probably why. The reason why your aim is bad is likely because you make one of these key mistakes that I discuss in this video. Many new players will miss shots after having a decent flick. This is because they make on of these mistakes. How to make micro adjustments is talked about in this video. The video will tell you how to have good aim. Learn to flick. Practice micro adjustment aim. Become better at aiming. Become good at aim. Learn better static clicking with this technique. What's the best way to be good at a game? How can you improve your aim faster? What's the best way to get good? Improve faster. Get better at Kovaak's FPS Aim Trainer. Why should you aim train? How should you aim train? What is the best way to aim train? Do you want better Voltaic (VT) or Revosect (rA) benchmarks? What is Pure G? What should I do while I'm aim training? How to aim train? What's the best way to train aim? How do I become really good at aiming? What should I spend my aim trainer time doing? What is the best way to aim? You can use this to get better in COD: Vanguard, Apex, Call of Duty: Warzone, CS:GO, Valorant, Aim Lab, Apex Legends, Kovaaks, Rainbow 6 Siege, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, R6S, or to improve at reactive tracking, static clicking, dynamic clicking, reaction time, improve at target switching and precise tracking. You'll be able to win more and rank up due to better aim. #aim #aimtraining #KovaaKs Win more gunfights, aim better, play better, get good at Valorant, become good, use aim lab better, aim better, be better. Why is my aim so bad in pc fps games? Fix your bad aim. Prevent pixel skipping, reduce latency and input delay. Improve at mnk aiming, by training yourself to be a better fps aimer and mouse and keyboard aimer. Optimize your training and optimize your improvement, and find yourself optimizing your training and optimizing improvement through aim training. Improve in game faster. Get good at games. Find yourself experiencing FPS aim improvement. Get better at playing Kovaak 2.0: The Meta. Get insane aim in every game. Become a better gamer and pc fps aimer. Learn mouse and keyboard faster.

Y'all were quick with the code lmao. Anyway, I personally started changing sensitivities around a couple months ago. I stick to 0.2 (1600dpi) for actual ranked matches, but jump from anything from 0.4 to 0.1 depending on what I'm doing. If I'm practicing crosshair placement in DM I'll switch to 0.1, if it feels like I'm getting sloppy with my micro-corrections I up to 0.4 to get more practice with micro-adjustments. At this point I realise that sens doesn't really matter and I can switch to anything within that range and be comfortable and at the same level of performance within like 5-10 minutes.

quick question. so im a cs player and what i have been wondering about is changing resolution. the difference from 4:3 to 16:9 is that its slower horizontally and faster vertically. it obviously offers different benefits as 4:3 strechted makes heads look bigger but the opponent move faster from side to side. the inverse for 16:9. would it be beneficial to switch every now and then? because sometimes i just want to lol because im excited to use it again.

Hey West Proter I have been trying something and I want to know what you think about it. It is pretty weird and I haven't see anyone else do it or talk about it. Basically I load up valorant practice range and I pick 3 bots to kill. I put my crosshair anywhere I want the farther the harder it is. Then I will close my eyes and move where I think they are. I then shoot 1-2 bullets if I miss I will open my eyes and see why I miss if i over or undershot. I feel like this is training my brain to know exactly how far I need to move my mouse. If I was doing this with my eyes opened I wouldn't get punished as much for over / undershooting because I will just correct it live but with this I cannot correct it I have to get it right the first time.

Hey West Proter, I'm not trying to be toxic in any capacity, I'm genuinely interested in what qualifies you to be hired as an aim coach? Your advice is always good, and I enjoy your content more generally. I'm curious where all this knowledge has come from and whether your YT channel drives your clients to you as a coach? or if there are other routes you have bringing in clients, were you an ex pro? for example. EDIT: for the record, I actually think the amount of research you've done into various subject areas coupled with your gamer background is sufficient, I'm still interested to hear from you though.

Glad you asked! The truth is I didn’t want to be a coach at first. I haven’t really ever been particularly good at any games. All I’ve done is just look into how to improve aim technique and aim train. I started the channel just as a fun way to help me find new techniques, pretty much as a beginner. After a variety of subscribers pmed me asking for coaching, I finally gave in to a semi pro former rank 1 Val player called dopai. After working with him, he recommended I charge people money for my services. I started doing very cheap coaching, and ended up getting a request from noted, a former r6 + apex pro, Val and cs player, to coach him. I agreed to do it for free. After working with him, he strongly vouched for me, and I began working with hundreds of students with almost perfect satisfaction rates. I’ve experimented a lot with coaching techniques and done a lot of research on motor learning, and now I’m where I am. Whether I’m qualified to coach is up for each viewer to decide for themself from what I present on RU-vid and on streams.

Question for ya , why is it that I get significantly better scores on a higher sens on kovaaks (40 cm 360) than I do in game like in csgo or valorant were I hit way more shots on lower sens like 50 cm 360 , and the scenarios I’m doing better with high sens in kovaaks are actually precision one which you would think would have better scores on lower sense ,example 1 wall6targets small
@byrl1
@byrl1 Год назад
Im not an aim coach by any capacity but when it comes to 1 wall 6 targets, you may be benefiting from a higher sens because your micro-flicks are already developed to the point at which you can consistently hit the targets from a decent distance (think like 1-2.5 degrees with that size of circle). So in essence, you're seeing diminishing returns the more you lower your sens because the advantage of higher sens---> faster large flicks is having more of an effect on your score than your decrease in accuracy from the high sens. It's also important to keep in mind that in Valorant/CSGO FAR more importance is placed on your ability to micro-adjust than your ability to make large flicks (unless you play extremely aggressively/have bad crosshair placement) so your skill in micro flicks really has a chance to shine through, hence the benefit from even lower sens. That said, i'd love to see what a professional aim coach like @WestProter would have to say about something like this because i could be completely wrong.

@@byrl1 this is an interesting reply , but u would think what i do way better with in kovaaks would transfer in game , expecially be cause the quote high sens i was using to get the way better scores is actually still an acceptable sens in csgo , it would be 2.8 400 dpi, and for reference i have 7k hours level 10 faceit so im pretty up there as far a game experience in cs

I have a question and I'm not trying to be toxic. You've made claims you're the #1 player in certain games or close to it. Have you done anything to backup these claims? Can you stream yourself doing the voltaic or rA benchmarks? Advanced preferably. It would be nice if we saw a handcam and monitor cam. Gameplay would be nice from any game of your choice as well. I've seen some comments from you and you've always diverted from showing your gameplay in one way or another. Respectfully,

I don't claim that? I'm pretty avg at most games. Maybe top 5-10% in aim trainers, other than that avg.

I've coached people who've also hit rank 1 radiant (dopai, dasnerth and I think judgement might've been rank one, as well as other top 10s), and a couple apex predators (mainly noted, no one else you'd know). But I don't coach them bc I'm better than them, I coach them bc I have a very specific set of experiences mainly spam dming everyone with good aim trainer scores who will answer.

I advise my clients to slowly increase sensitivity only when playing sheriff on dm or playing kovaak. That is only when training and with weapons they don't spray with because the spray pattern is muscle memory. As for changing sensitivities, I want them to increase their sensitivity 1.1x - 1.5x gradually over a few months. So far it's yielding very good results
