Tierlist misses the most important stuff. The NPC (Daddy) that you saw in the City where you can do some Waveplate activity. But otherwise good list.

@@EllyRU-vid went a week rerolling for her. My 1st prerigstered account managed too get 4x 5* with the free rolss. But decided it was not enough. After 32 accounts.. got a c2 jianxin.. dont ask me how. Shes my only 5* and couldnt be more happier. She's the only one i build and use. With 2 rando's for unlocking rankings/achievements. Abys surges with jian.. is amazing. Feel like a kid on xmass morning. Hope you'll her too and experience the joy i'm currentely having.
