Not for $25. I think we will continue to see “new” products & replacements at a higher price point. I also think it is due to Estée Lauder buying the company. 😢
Companies answer to the financial hardships sweeping the world?...let's bring something much more expensive out. Sorry if I'm salty, I'm just tired of seeing higher prices but not higher income. Same as a lot of people today. I'm hoping this new year is better for all of us. ❤
I was hoping this would be a good alternative to NIOD eye serum as I love that but so expensive! Would be great to see a comparison of the two. Thank you 😊
I took this out of my shopping cart because of your advice! I am using Inkey List Retinol Eye at night, and the Revolution Pigment Boost eye cream in the morning (your recommendation). I think I will start to use The Ordinary Argeriline closer to the eye for the peptide benefits and save my $. Thanks so much for all of your wonderful advice and great videos!!
At this pace, they should soon rename The Ordinary « The Luxury ». Same peptides than the Hylamide SubQ Eye. Has it a better texture ? Because it makes Caffeine and niacinamide quite pricey. I would rather use the Buffet Copper Peptide, it has better scientific studies for a lower price ml for ml.
Good points all round hun, I think its got a nice texture for sure but your right its pricy for the addition of niacinamide and caffeine.. sending you lots of love xx
Thank you Rob, as always I am most grateful for another intelligent review. I am curious and I am looking forward to the updates but I think we are clearly seeing the ugly greedy side of EL shareholders’ in this pricing. Why allow people to have access to generic, potent skincare actives, at a fair price, when you can overcharge them... 🤷🏻♀️😔 Take care 💙🙏🏻🕊🌞
Holy Hydration Eye Cream has peptides and nicinimide and hemectent! Ding Ding! And half the price. Too expensive, don't want or need coffeine. Really the Ordinary has some holy grails for me but have been searching for dupes. With so much competing for my money this is priced way too high.
I really hope the ordinary doesn’t stat hiking up their price overal bc they have a lot of great products especially when it comes to the affordability…
Really disappointing that TO decided alienating their original, budget-conscious consumer fanbase with that price tag was a smart move. I've come to expect my $25 to go much further at TO...
Thanks for the video! Question: in your opinion, which product is more worth the price - NIOD’s FECC at $75 or the new multi-peptide eye serum at $30?? I am currently using FECC…not sure how this one compares
Price point matters when you are on a budget.. everyone will have their own budget and sometimes its better to spend a little more to get more in terms of outcomes but some cheap products are better than their more luxury counterparts.. sending love x
Hi Rob it's a no at that price for me tbh. I'm currently using my last bottle of the sub q eye and it's not something i've seen much difference with (at least it only cost around a tenner from TK Maxx). I like the Benton fermentation eye cream in the morning and I use the isntree tw bifida eye cream at night (over a serum or retinal eye product) - both of which are double the product for around the same price and benton has a load of peptides etc. The other thing is I hate sticky/tacky products as I have long hair and don't need it sticking to my face lol. I would wear a cream and/or spf over it anyway (as I do with all serums), but even so I'm not keen on that sticky/tacky feeling. Best wishes.
I ordered this the morning I got the email. I think I was half asleep and half still in a dream because I just ordered without even reading the ingredients or anything. Lol either way I’m excited to try since fecc was too drying for me
I love the formulation... The price lol less so but i really think this could work so will be filming a 30 and 90 day update.. Thanks for sharing hun xxxxxx
Hi Rob, I've used the argireline solution and the caffeine serum over 5 years, and I'm wondering if this could a substitute for the caffeine serum (I can't see myself stopping the argireline).
Hi hun , I think the NIOD is better in terms of performance but its 4x the price so you have to factor that in.. if you can afford NIOD I would stick with it.. love x
Was interested in trying this product but not at that price. I'll stick with my Neutrogena Hydro Boost eye cream in the AM and Timeless Matryxl Synthe 6 for PM (I put that stuff everywhere, even my eyes).
Sounds lovely! The price is higher compared to their others, but I guess you only use a drop at a time... I'm saving money for now so Argireline will jave to do to combat my insomnia bags T_T
I have used the whole bottle of Hylamide eyes serum with no visible results, then I switched the Niod eye serum... and I saw the reduction in puffiness, fine lines, and dark circles in 1 week!
