@@Vishwamdamor7109 yeah but PCSX2 is really crap for Yakuza games. You really have to dig for a much older version with Alpha hacks to really play it. The HD version on RPCS3 is probably less of a hassle.
For me it's more of him sounding much like an older and mature kiryu since kiwami came after 0 and 5, that being the case it doesn't really fit when compared to the original voice acting since kuroda can't really do a young kiryu voice anymore as far as I can tell
@@kyoudoku I wasn’t taking about the voice, I was morely talking about the emotional delivery. (There is also a stupid ass voice filter they applied and its for every character 💀)
Once, my brother was fighting against Nishiki, and at a certain point, Nishiki grabbed one of the corner sofas and, as if it were a chair, started using it against Kiryu. I've never seen it in any video, and those sofas can't even be picked up by Kiryu! Nishiki is truly a chad.
One of the few things they did not fuck in 0.1- I MEAN KIWAMI, TOTALLY NOT A CLONE OF 0, FULL REMAKE OF 1, YEAH- Was this fight (and a few other mentionable bosses). They almost one-upped the original fight thanks to the combination of cutscenes showing Nishiki's descent into a cold-blooded killer and the extra scenes with QTEs. Makes the fight much more emotional, they made sure the player was even more hellbent on stopping Nishiki after everything they saw.
I didn't know Nishiki could trigger the QTE in the second room, maybe it's from the remaster but that's cool. Nice fight btw, all the power to □ □ △ ○.
I ruined this fight so hard by equpping that bracelet which replaces your grab for that weird spinny attack, I jist completely annihilated Nishiki 😭, also unironically one of the best Yakuza games, I said it, its thematically the tighest and has easily the best atmosphere
you're so right, people just aren't ready to hear it, the combat also a lot better than people give it credit for two, I'd take Yakuza 1 over most of the dragon engine beat-em-ups anyday
