I myself am not a PowerBuilder But Its really cool to see its history, personally I would credit Franco Columbu as the Original PowerBuilder, 750 deadlift 525 bench 655 squat all raw and Mr Olympia 1976 Franco was a true Freak

Almost definitely did. His main powerlifting work too was straight sets and then finishing with AMRAPs that controlled his weight for the next week, ie. 405x3x6, 405xAMRAP.
