Fin’s actor is actually my favorite actor personally in originals…his acting carried a lot of the scenes for me He gave Joseph Morgan a run for his money too

@@kmoney9110 before they put him in a box for 900 years... if you've watched the show you know the context of it... There is no defending or excusing what they did to Finn; there is not a single argument that works in their favor... He wasn't making a mess, shining a bright spotlight upon their locations when Mikael was hunting them like Klaus and Kol were; he wasn't trying to kill them back then or even had any sort of hatred or bad intentions towards them, he simply didn't want anything to do with their supernatural lives... And if, if, he ever would had gone willingly looking for Mikael, which is one of the arguments that often float around, looking to end his own life, then it would've been just that, HIS OWN LIFE; in fact, the rest of the siblings would've benefited if he did that because he would've made Mikael use his only white oak stake... There is no argument here; if they really couldn't stand him they should had simply let him go on his own like he wanted to, specially since he met Sage... And if they had, everything that we've seen tells us that he probably would've been one of those vampires that do the bare minimum to survive, he would've 100% had less blood on his hands than any of the siblings and there would've been even fewer new vampires turned from his line, in fact, the number would probably be 1 (sage)

I loved both Finn actors because the TVD one was scared and weak as a boxed-up vampire, whereas this one is confident because he always liked being a witch and being able to get revenge :)
Just a thought when I noticed Finn. Usually this actor is very praised, supposedly he showed Finn perfectly, but it seems to me that he is too nervous and twitchy. The original Finn is more... resilient? More calm, usually. Actors play Finn in different ways. Kol too. The second Esther too, the first girl seemed closer to the original to me, the actress tried to convey some gestures and movements. My headcanon is that this spell of transferring the soul to the body does not completely capture and some pieces of personality and character influence those who join. Or the spell is fine and the fact is that they do not have their own bodies, they came from the world of the dead and are not so strong, so they are influenced by the owners of the bodies.
