Mikael nearly staked Elijah with the indestructible white oak stake. He was after all of them. He could’ve just daggered the rest of them and buried their bodies at the bottom of the ocean, while using the destructible white oak stake to kill Klaus because the dagger didn’t work on him.

Mikael hated the vampire existence and regretted creating the vampire race, he wanted to eradicate all of his children, he just hated Klaus the most

What exactly could they have done against him? They don’t have a weapon to kill him, but he would probably end up killing one of them.

Klaus' fear against Mikael was Psychological bcs of his trauma as a child. 4 originals against Mikael - yes, they could kill him but the words Mikael spout off to Klaus impacted him emotionally. Klaus was more human, and sensitive to emotions that time. It was after the birth of Hope that Klaus stopped giving a damn to his own parents - bcs he turned out to be a really loving and protective da'ad. if you listen closely to every dialogue in The Originals, you'll see that with every season, the value of Klaus' own life fell. In S02, he gave Kol the white oak stake to take his own life only to protect Hope. He endured torture in S03 and S04 for 5 years and was ready to produce a Nexus Vorti(as a consequence of his own death) to defeat the Hollow in Season 4. And Well, in S05, he executed a suicide plan with Elijah for Hope.

They brought Finn's daggered body with them everywhere they went.

Finn was still alive, this was before the 5 hunters daggered all of them. After they fled here, they were all inconveniently daggered.

This was before the daggers. Finn had been daggered for 900+ years by the time he appeared on TVD. Aya is 900+ so this would’ve been a few years after she turned and only about 100 years give or take, after the originals themselves had turned. So at this time Finn was still roaming around annoying his siblings. It’s quite possible that Finn was daggered shortly after this since in the scene in tvd where Klaus and Elijah had first encountered the hunters five, I believe they had just settled after having ran from mikeal.

Yet she survived for 900 years after this. I honestly don’t think mikeal was that much of a threat, dozens of vampires survived his assault, tristen, aurora and Lucien survived his pursuit for centuries. And none of them were originals.

@@noah-xc5rt The architecture of the full flashback looks very Middle Eastern so I assume it was in Jerusalem. However, the official TVD timeline places this in 12th century and Mikael led the Crusaders there. I either can place this in First Crusade (1095-1099) or the Crusade of 1101. Or it couls also take place during the Crusade of 1129 in Damascus. I do not know what likely event it was in the flashback.

@@realxyungkid See season 3 episode 1 or 2 I believe. When they first met Lucien and he led them to the castle it was 1002 A.D. In this scene they are fleeing from the same castle. They couldn't have been there for 400 years lol. Aya still has the longer hair, this is clearly their early days. The clip you talk about is much much later in Greece. If you haven't watch TVD you have a gap in information. They were all daggered in the 12th century in Italy by the brotherhood of the five, which caused Aurora, Tristan, and Lucien to break free from Elijah's compulsion. The Strix was founded by then. There's another scene (which wasn't deleted) where Elijah leaves the Strix, you can clearly see Tristan and Aya with longer hair. The only thing I question is how did Tristan regained leadership of the Strix when he thought he was Elijah for over a century.

The show and the books are completely different its more of an inspired by than an adaptation.

@@sohrab4371 Klaus and the old ones were never human in the books, they just sort of came into existence as vampires with no memory prior. There's no Finn Elijah Kol Rebekah or Mikael. Him and the other old ones are over 6000 years old. He's not part werewolf and he never had a daughter, nor was he a sympathetic complex character. He's pure evil with no redeeming qualities. There's about a dozen old ones and they don't really stick together. Silas doesn't exist in the books.
