Elijah is the WORST! Literally every single thing Marcel says in this scene is true. He is 100% right and justified in his anger and even through everything they did to him he was willing to give them a chance. They kept saying he was family, all they had to do was trust him, instead Elijah killed him. They got what was coming to them.

Actually it was Marcel who drove Klaus out of New Orleans and betrayed him to be with Rebecca, before then Klaus thought of Marcel as a son, while being a brother to his sister. This sene goes deeper than just this season. Elijah knew Marcel betrayed Klaus and would do it again. It the end always and forever is a strong bond as per season 5

One of the reasons why I like Marcel being the superior to the Mikaelsons, is that he's smart and is always one step ahead of them no matter what. Taking the serum first when it was offered by Vincent was a good move. He was just playing bait, he knew that Klaus or Elijah would attempt to do something that would prevent him to becoming an upgraded original, but didn't suspect to take it to the point of his death. People may hate that Marcel is stronger than the originals, but I like it as its a good twist to the hierarchy of the show. From the one who has to be protected, assistant to the Mikaeslons for 2 seasons or so, now becoming there fear and superior species seriously shows Marcels character development.

It is also realizing that if it was Camille in that circle, Freya and Elijah would have never sacrificed her because Klaus matters to them more than Kol ever did. Hell Freya loved Finn more than Kol. They had two reasons to keep Davina alive, Kol and Marcel, she was Marcel's daughter, she BROUGHT BACK KOL FROM THE FUCKING DEAD but they didn't think twice about sacrificing a fucking child. And Klaus defending him after knowing how much Cami loved Davina was sick.

What bothers me is that Klaus got blamed for Davina's death when he told them to find another way. Also when Klaus sacrifices others for the sake of his family he's the bad guy all by himself, but when someone else does it he still gets blamed along with them.

Elijah has always been far scarier than klaus, simply because he hides behind the "noble brother" act, on the inside he's just as much as a killer, snd monster as klaus. Only difference is Klaus doesn't hide who he is. In his defense though marcel had already taken it, he knew one of them would have killed him. So all the talking was to entice them to do it.
They need to make a Marvel Champions Style game for this TVD/TO/Legacies Universe. With every character possible of attaining and you fight against each other. You could get like average fighters like “Stefan, Damon or Enzo” you could get Strix Members, or some of the Hybrids Klaus sired in season 3, Witches, Kai Parker. The best players would probably be The originals, Marcel Lucien, the Hollow and Dahlia. You could attain different spells and weapons, so you could KO somebody like Klaus but you could only “fatality” him if you owned a white oak stake. And if a player owns Klaus and they get White oak stake they need to find a resurrection spell to bring him back. They’d get this from Drops or rewards for winning quests. Some people could have special abilities like Stefan being more powerful against, humans, witches and werewolf’s because he’s a ripper. And of course Hybrids having the bite over vampires. I’m telling you if somebody designed this game everyone who loves Vampire diaries would play it if it was done well

Both let their love guide them, both had grief, both were angry, and both were protective over those they love. Both were in the wrong.

Lucien only went on his revenge fantasy because of the Mikaelsons’. It all leads back to them, they create their own enemies and act shocked when those same people they screwed over come for revenge.
I was always on Marcel's side. The Mikaelson's always came off as insanely petty, selfish, spiteful, hypocritical, and wrathful for whatever whim suited them. All he ever wanted from them was love and respect but instead they treated him like a toy for most of his life.
Everything that happens after this is Elijah's fault. I understand that he was in survival mode but if he actually listened from a distant at what Marcel and Klaus were discussing, he would've known Klaus had it handled. Klaus was the only one who could talk Marcel off this ledge and he was actually listening to him until Elijah intervened. All of the issues between them would've still been there but they would've worked through them together and Marcel wouldn't have resorted to enact Lucien's serum. It still irks me that Marcel didn't know Klaus was against sacrificing Davina and him believing that Klaus didn't care or just stood there as Elijah killed him. He was in shock and didn't immediately register what had just happened. Also, Elijah is so goddamn unpredictable that when I watched this for the first time, I had the same expression Klaus did.

Marcel's hatred toward Klaus makes no sense to me. He should hate Elijah way more. Elijah has been a jerk to him ever since Klaus told him to stop (Marcel doesn't know that btw). Elijah killed someone Marcel considered a son right in front of him. Elijah directly prevented Marcel from saving Davina. And Elijah came to the bridge to stop Marcel, not help or convince him. He went there to stop him, and then he killed him. Klaus is the one who took Marcel in, not Elijah. Klaus wasn't even there when Davina died. Was anyone truly surprised that Elijah killed Marcel? Elijah has made it 100% clear that he will kill anyone that was truly a threat to his family. In TVD when Esther came back he was opened to idea of being a family again until she tried to kill them, then he wanted her dead. Same with Finn in the 2nd season of TO. I honestly believe that he would kill Hayley if she was truly a threat. Like when her and Jackson accused Klaus of killing Aiden and he told all of them’ “If you come and him you come at me.” He looked at her too. Elijah is completely calm and level headed until his family is put in life threatening danger that’s when he’ll do what’s necessary.

+Daman Jeet He is weak now because of the Sire line ritual, all the power that was used to bring back Kol was from him. I think he also hesitates more. One on one he would take kol and Marcel. I do think Klaus isnt 100% his strong old self at the moment ( grief is powerfull).

You are right Klaus did admit to being jealous of Marcel. I think what happend to the Original family is their own fault. They could have reacted in a way that doesnt damage Marcel. I mean why could they not drug him and take the serum out of him like they did Aurora? Why did they have to kill him? in a way Marcel was testing them. Even if the didnt care about Davina. Marcel was considerd family.
What A dumb scene , Julie is really a bad writer and love to arrange the force of the caracters as she please. You are really going to tell me that neither could Klaus or Elijah , two of the most powerful vampires , and klaus is an hybrid , couldn’t take the serum from Marcel’s hands or just break it , without having to kill him . He wasn’t transform yet , How can he be suddenly more stronger then Klaus and be able to push him back, I mean earlier when he was trying to save davina he didn’t succeed to push back Elijah who broke his neck .And now they can’t take the serum from him . And how many times has klaus made empty threats against Marcel Rebekah Elijah etc threats and actions are not comparable Elijah made the prophecy come true because his paranoia and dis attachment to Marcel as family if he had just let klaus handle to situation this would have never happened

@@agnikaineverdies7646 nothing is absolute especially the future 😂 elijah was the sole reason the prophecy came true had he left Marcel and klaus alone they would have talked it out but he came there and made accusations of betrayal when it was Elijah who betrayed him and the tension caused Klaus to put his foot in his mouth further angering Marcel who then made threats to provoke them to see how much they truly regarded him as family Klaus handled the situation well Elijah fucked it up for everyone had he not intervened they Klaus would have descalated the situation
@@agnikaineverdies7646 Klaus said it perfectly when haley confronted him and I quote " and had it been our daughter heart in his hands would you be so quick to forgive Marcel was family" he was Klaus son but even Klaus failed to protect him which is why Marcel took his anger out on klaus over the 5 year span because if it were Hope's heart who Elijah removed Klaus would have reacted very differently and Marcel knew that which made him sad and angry that he wasn't considered family in his eyes no matter how much Klaus said otherwise
@@agnikaineverdies7646 Marcel was going to become the beast regardless of Elijah actions true but he wasn't going to kill them if Elijah didn't murder him he even said as much he wanted to see how his family would react that's why he provoked them to see if he was really considered family by his standards Klaus passed Elijah failed that's why Marcel bite Elijah and not klaus Klaus repeatedly tried to make amends even after this in s4 he apologised and told him he was always family regardless of the bad blood that's why they were able to bury the hatchet and work together in s5 because Klaus proved what he said was true to him
Yes he did but it was all anger they killed his daughter ao of course he would be very furious with them and if he really wanted them dead he would have taken the serum and killed himself
Because Marcel already drink the serum at this point so his strength manifest before his full transformation until Elijah his heart out than his full transaction was completed.
It’s so clear how much Klaus and Elijah loved Marcel. Klaus yelled for him. Even though Elijah killed him, the way he’s hyperventilating afterwards shows that it hurted him to do what he did
Elijah did love Marcel he said a few times hell he even had him under his wing taught him to read and write when The Originals first brought him into the family Elijah realized Klaus needed the bond with Marcel so he became cold to him and pushed him closer to Klaus
@@aliane_bbi Elijah did love Marcel but he kept his distance coz of Klaus's insecurity ( which has always been the reason for their family's downfall ) so Klaus and Marcel could create a bond of their own. Their relationship only got strained coz of this and when finally his family got united after 1000 yrs of pain and suffering he had to kill Marcel. Elijah loved his family but he loved Klaus more than anyone
Klaus and the original's deserved this more than anything. Out of all the lives they ruined throughout the centuries including Tristan, lucien, Aurora, Jeremy's, aunt jenna, Elena's, stefans, davina, fuck they even ruined kols and finns life for so long. I was damn glad to see marcel almost end them. And was happens when they all came back? Marcel knew damn well he could kill them all at a snap but what did he do? He let them all go cause hes better than them period. Marcel is a damn good anti hero.
At the ending of the episode when you seen marcel eyes, thats when you know payback is coming and marcel looking forward to showing how powerful he become after his last meet up with elijah and klaus.
At first i was supporting marcel,s anger on Elijah killing davina. Then i remembered he did the same thing in season 1 . He went around killing any witch that did magic for 8 months to protect davina. Davina brought it on her self when she kept telling marcel to go kill witches. Then when she became regent she killed more witches because they hurt her. I mean hurt them too but no she just choose to kill them. That's why they cursed her. It's her fault in the first place
