I can deal with Klope scenes despite Summer's mediocre acting. However, FFS, the Mikaelsons and Hayley are not "royalty". Everyone hates them. Hayley's own people want nothing to do with her. Klaus isn't even king in his own house. Klelijah's boss is Hayley - they follow her orders without question like numbskulls who have lost their brains at a bus stop.

He said "THERE WAS a time when they were royalty" and that's the truth. For 1000 years Klaus has been the strongest and being royalty doesn't mean being liked by everybody - people were afraid of them before, now Marcel has been stronger like for 5 years that's why people follow him for now.

NG Summer is a fine young actress and I personally think that they chose the perfect girl for the role. Klaus said that they were "once" regarded as royalty, not that they're currently regarded as royalty. But even if he was talking about the present, he is more powerful than actual kings and queens, so yeah...Another thing, when in the history of the world has it ever been said that the people have to like their monarchs for them to be so?? If you're royalty, you're royalty whether your people like it or not.
