11/21/2021 This mall plays an announcement when the mall is closed which is pretty loud and they play beeping sound which is loud all over the mall since the mall closed at 8:00PM today since it’s an Tuesday and as you may see, people were leaving the mall and someone asked which a kid did if they were gonna be locked in, but you know they have to check to make sure everyone leaves the mall before locking the doors from inside from opening to the outside for safety and this is an Brookfield mall who owns the mall and this mall has been here for 20 years already which is insane and Popeyes is new to this mall by the way, just opened in September 2021 :) UPDATE: Sonic Restaurant located in the food court is now closed unfortunately which is alright and is more vacant space for another food chain to take over and Parks Mall at Arlington Hours has changed quite a bit since I have updated the description weekly for now on when I see updates and if major holidays are happening too. Finally, this is an important announcement! There was an incident at Parks Mall at Arlington that happened around last week which a fight broke out and police came into the mall, luckily I wasn't at the mall at the time and they are lighting up more security/APD police presence and there's an new curfew being put into place for days like Friday/Saturday/Sunday aka. the weekends and any people under age of 18 has to be accompanied with an adult/parent at all times which their age has to be 21 years or older on Friday/Saturday/Sundays after 2:00PM and if your under age of 18 on Friday/Saturday, you MUST LEAVE THE MALL BEFORE 2:00PM STARTS or you will face consequences and they will ASK FOR PROOF OF AGE for the children/adult and they need to be identified by usually showing a driver license/id/military id/school id card/passport and it has to show image/date of birth clearly posted and one adult can have up to 4 young people and Adult/Parent has to supervise their children at all times and I know this can cause some inconvenience for some people and it's a bit sad. Parks Mall at Arlington is doing very well though and it is not an dead mall by the way like what Ridgmar/Southwest Center Mall and I hope you have an great rest of your day too and enjoy this video I created/recorded the whole entire length of the mall closing announcements several times by the way as you can hear it on the mall speaker and sorry if the video is a bit shaky since I don't have a tripod with me currently too so I apologize for the bit of shakiness you notice and have an great day to you all too seeing the video and I will be back at Parks Mall at Arlington sometime next month in May and I try to shoot some video to show you guys new updates and changes that has happened since something horrible happened and stay safe to all of you too and security/police presence is increasing since they are checking id's/driver license at each entrance you enter inside the mall unlike before since you were able to walk inside the mall and nobody would check your driver license/id/school id and I will try to be very safe as possible too :))
