It's always an honor to do storys from Vincent VenaCava. He's fantastic.

I think a lot of you are missing the point here. It take a LOT out of you to actually kill someone. In fantasy it's easy to say, "oh yeah I'd take that guys heard off because he deserves it." But in a real life scenario, you start to think about what you're really taking away from someone. You relate to that person and try to understand why they are the way they are, and most of all you start to ask the question, "who am I to decide who lives and who dies?" [spoilers ahead] In the beginning he's young and naive so his emotions can get the better of him. Fear, panic, He just reacts without giving it too much careful thought, but when he's older, he's experienced and has better control on his emotions. Most importantly, he's a father. Yes a teenager can make a mistake, and yes his wife is gone. But like how he wouldn't want the life of his son taken from him before it really gets started, he can't take away the life of another kid before it gets started. So he does the right thing.

SPOILER: am i the only one who sensed irony in the fact walter's death was concluded a "drunk driving insident" and his wife and son met the fate of a drunk driver? this has been one of my favorites since my freshman year of highschool

I read the title as "The Pasta Man" and the thumbnail looks like noodles

"My son awoke right as the sun had made its way out of the horizon line, and I was suddenly stuck with the most painful heart attack I could never describe appropriately. My son watched in horror as I hit the floor hard, nearly paralyzed by pain. His face went white, with his mouth agape, and I heard the last words I would have ever wanted spoken to any loved one I had. "I can save him...""

My favorite thing about this story is the monster you make a deal with doesn't trick you. He doesn't make it impossible to find that whom you wish to kill, he doesn't make it impossible to say his name. I like the idea that the deal is still horrible, but not a cheat.

Long Creepy-pastas > Movies Creepy Pastas leave SO much more to the imagination than movies do, and damn... I love them.

The fun part for the Pastel Man was the guilt of the protagonist. I feel he would complete the contract anyway and keep the guy alive even though he didn't hold up his end. He'd still be feeling guilty for agreeing in the first place.

Sorry to comment on a 2-year-old video, but I must say, the effect you put on your voice for demon stories is my absolute favorite!!! I just recently found your channel but I really hope to find more demon-based stories with effects like this. You do them so much justice, thanks for the great storytelling, sir :)

This was awesome! It's one of the few creepypastas that I actually felt sad at the ending. It's just great and I really love it!

I have to say, I rarely pay attention to the writers of these stories, but Vincent VenaCava is definitely my favorite creepypasta writer. His stories are well written, enjoyable, and they have a certain personality. He should really try to get published.

Creepypasta is at his best when he does over 10 min videos

This makes me question, "What if every saved life, a person dies in his or her place? Is The Pastel Man real?" Quite a rather interesting thought. But, no one will truly know. That is, with the acception of the people who have consulted with The Pastel Man. Who, obviously, will not say a word about it. Due to the simple fact that they may be either locked up in a psych ward for the criminally insane or thrown in a jail cell.

Definitely a really good story to make up for the rather meh ones we've been getting recently. Vincent is obviously a very talented writer.

This reminds me of Jigoku Shoujo (Hell Girl). Though on that show you get revenge on anyone you want but when you die your soul goes to hell. They frequently use the quote, "when one is cursed two graves are dug" so true.

Mr.Cava is a fucking genius

I think this story would be very different if the main character had chosen someone like a rapist or molester. I don't know about other people, but I'd make that kind of deal in a heartbeat with no remorse.

Loved this story. So well written. Part of me was wondering if upon breaking the deal, the pastel man was going to make Shawn into a pastel man. Thus in doing so, the thing he never wanted to do (take another human life) is something he had to do (first hand, not just watching as it happens) for eternity. In a twisted way, as time passes, what if he comes to like doing it?

I'm new to the whole creepy pasta thing. I've had friends that were into them, but never really got interested enough to look into them. However, after MrCreepyPasta i'm and addict. Keep doing it right man.

An incredible story horror and a serious eye opener thank you to the writer and thank you to MrCreepyPasta. A round of applause for the two of you.

Lock the door, shut the blinds, turn off the lights, but it's already to late. It's always to late. The beast is not in your house, he won't come through the door or the windows... He's in your mind, and locked himself in, never to come-out except in your dreams. There he is free to roam as in the dark behind your eyes. That's why when you walk down a dark path you think someone's behind you when there is a seizure like fear in the back of your mind. Now will the beast get you, or will you keep it at bay until the end of your life when you confront your demons in-front of God and the world. Will they in the end condemn you, or you them? To answer though would be meaningless because in the end all have at least one demon themselves, if you think you're above them or clean only makes you naive and only weaker to them. To finish I say, be prepared. (I don't know, just felt like writing a line or two and it exploded.) Good episode.

I can only imagine what kind of bloopers you make while reading these. Not to mention, I can see you as one if those guys that is all happy and funny out in the real world and on here you just become super creepy xD

I absolutely love this story. Pastel Man is such a great villain - I hope there will be more stories about him or stories that he plays a role in. This is by far my favorite pasta story.

No-end house was my first creepypasta but this was my second and the one that introduced me to the creepypasta narrators such as mr.creepypasta and creeps. And it really holds a special place in my heart. It's also where I found my love for the stories of Vincent venacava. TLDR; Thank you for yet another job well done

Hi, I just wanted to say, I just recently discovered Creepypastas...& immediately fell in love. I started listening about 2 & 1/2-3 weeks ago & ever since I listened to my 1st one I have not been able to get to sleep or sleep easy unless I do & fall asleep listening to them, they're my lullaby I guess you could say...lol. MrCreepyPasta is my soul favorite, I have been listening to the list on Nightmare Fuel since my 2nd night, his voice just has this unbelievable calming affect on me, not to mention he's wonderful at narrating. Well, off to listen to my beautiful lullabies so I can get to sleep for work in the morning...=)

For a moment I was actually considering it. I know who I would target too. But nobody deserves that treatment, and becoming a murderer just isn't worth it..

I can't decide what I'd do if I said yes. What would be lost? A person I could live without and would never care for. Their loved ones would feel the pain, but they would have no more input on my life. Also his appearance... Nothing can compare to the horror I've seen in my lucid dreams... Watching your payment die... that might be the problem with this deal, I can take gore with a smile but that's only when the victim stays quiet... Constantly being pestered by him would weigh down on my mentality and eventually I would see him as an old friend in a disturbing way. This creature actually doesn't sound that bad... he sounds angelic even... but you play the monster in the story.

No one deserves to die, even if you're killing someone to make a deal to bring back someone you love, you're still stealing the life of someone who may be loved by others. No matter what any of you think, no one deserves to die..

"The Pastel Man", "The Harbinger Experiment" and "A Favor For A Favor" are still probably my favorites of all of all these stories. They'd make a great horror anthology film.
