Been a fan of this channel for the last two years, I feel as though recently the content has been letting us down a bit. This time last year the content was amazing as he would give detailed explinations and most of the videos would be all of the cooking and then the last 5 mins of the episode would be the cooking also the recipies on the side of the videos was amazing. I love this channel and I am certainly not hating by any means just voicing my opinion as i feel as though this needs to be heard. the content just seems a little lazy at the moment. love you Quang and i hope that you see this. Like so Quang can see.
I agree that you are on to something! I watched earlier videos when QT baked most of the breads used along side of meal entree -- even hot dog buns! Now there seems to be quick and fried! I must say, I still enjoy and find value in some of the shows...
I usually use Nando's sauce from Costco. Marinate it in Peppercorn Ranch Salad Sauce mixed with Nando's sauce then put it the Air Fryer. After mostly cooked i add another layer of Nando sauce to make it really spicy. If u ate at Nando's recently, u'll notice that they put their chicken in buttermilk&Nando sauce, then add how spicy the customer wants for finish broiling it. That spicy buttermilk makes a difference in tenderness and taste.

Hey, Quang! Huge fan here, I'll give you my secret recipe so you cook crisp oven fried chicken: grill at 176°F, °266°F, 356°F. You don't advance until the chicken pieces have dried, the latter steps no more than 30 minutes. You also let the steam off as much as possible. This method leaves no residue on the chicken. Try it!

I love that you know how to eat chicken....a few ppl that i know leave meat on the bone.nevertheless the chicken looks great.i will definitely have to try that recipe.
