:SPOILER: Carl then goes to rat out the Bazzar in there attempts to blow up the windmill. Afterwards Carl is killed via hanging and is then later seen by Aiden after returning from the now fallen windmill. To find him, as you walk through the main gate Aiden will say something along the lines of, " So Carl was the one who betrayed them." If you then you up at the gate after walking through you will see Carl with a rope around his neck.
In my first playthrough, I sided with the Bazaar, but I regretted the decision afterwards. I realized that Barney was not Lucas's killer, and guessed that a 3rd party was just sparking tensions between the 2 Factions, but I did not agree at all with Sophie. I mean, her plan was to blow up the Windmill powering the Metro, so that the PKs would get massacred by the infected. I didn't even had any real problem with the PKs, I just felt like their methods weren't working. So after my first playthrough I decided to stick with the PKs, and was honestly disappointed how little difference it made. I thought that if I sided with the PKs, I could stop Sophie from destroying the Windmill, but no matter what the Windmill gets destroyed, the Metro is overrun with zombies, and the only difference this time around is that the Bazaar gets destroyed as well.
Ngl I hated the bazaar, Sophie was a dumb hot head, and Carl was so idealistic and therefore unfit as a leader. Also they kind of gave me anarchist/communist vibes which I didn't like neither.
I think you missed the part where we learn that Carl warned the PK about the Bazaar attack on the windmill. In at least one storyline Carl can be seen hanged at the Bazaar for betraying them.
@@ilirhajrullahi3234 I've only seen it in one person's playthrough and it was easy to miss. You have to walk by where he's hanged at the right time to see him, the game doesn't lead you there.
@@crashb5754 I wasn't sure I could remember whose playthrough it was but I found it! Here it is, just before you see Carl at 59:42 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-CyisWbvkUHs.html
Yeah in my first playthrough I sided with the PKs. Nobody in the Bazzar is likable or interesting. Carl is boring and forgettable even with his tapes. Sophie strikes more like an impatient hotheaded child then an actual leader. By jumping straight to war no matter the cost in a world with already limited resources. All while crying about her mommy issues, and Barney is as bad as his sister only with an added pile of stupid. Also no I can't forgive the Bazzar for HANGING, Adien at the start. It's one thing to swiftly take down some one turning so they can't infect anyone, it's another to make it into a spectacle for fun. Sucks that the good ending and best city perks are only through them.
Absolutely... ı öean for gods sake, the world ended, you guys may be literally the only civilization left on planet earth. And the PK 's are what? Too tough? Too blunt? Oh... oh... What's that, sorry i couldn't hear you over the 7 million zombies that want nothing more, but eating us alive... I am as as liberitarian as it goes, but in this time and place. Where there is life. Where the only thing between me and a immortal literal mosnter is not a freaking purple lamp! But.. but but... their tiny teeny fealings got hurt. PK's are too righteous... Jesus those man childs at the bazaar...
@@galadtirin pk are worse than the survivors pk are absolute tyrants and only want power the lower people are the good guys but the higher ups are power hungry and will do anything to have their way, this is proven by them trying to kill frank and then in turn kill Aiden if you choose to take the colonels chance at getting at Walt's even lying about the night runners being the bad guys,
I sided with the bazaar and went back to save them from the PK's, after I saved them I found Carl hung by the gate and it was mentioned he was the spy giving the peacekeepers information
Your videos are the most organized and well categorized. I would love to see you make content on Elden Ring, its lore, characters, regions, factions, etc. Regardless, I still love the dying light 2 videos. Although I think you've gotten awfully close to discussing all possible topics. Also, as a side note, the NPC that you talked down from ending his own life can actually get both ways. In my playthrough, I failed to talk him down and he actually jumped and died.
I love how much detail techland brought to its characters, to the point of giving complete character summary of a character with no more than 30 minutes of total screen time.
12:38 " long story short Damien is guilty and tries to end his own life but aidan talks him down saving him" * sharp intake of breath * in my play through aidan talks him down... But not in the way that saved his life
This is exactly what a person who doesn't believe in GOD would say! Techland put so much detail and time into this game. I use to say to myself there was no GOD because of how my parents died when i was a teenager. I thought how can HE be real if HE let that happen to me and my family only for years later to realize thats not HIS will and after reading the Bible I understood that GOD tells you who HE is and why alot things happen, past, present, and future.
